- The HOA plows the gravel roads, but icy conditions may remain. Drivers must be skilled in navigating tough winter roads
- In the event of a major snowstorm, HOA plowing may take several hours to complete
- The property sleeps 7 guests in 4 beds, with room for 13 total by using the 5 twin floor mattresses in the loft and the twin XL mattress in the cubby
