“The staff was quiet and straight to the point. Wasn’t overly that friendly.
We booked a 2 queen room non smoking for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Check in: they couldn’t find my reservation so I had to get with expedias tech support to help get this resolved. They did however end up resolving it fairly quick. “I cannot say enough great things about this property! The media room was everybody’s absolute favorite. We had a lovely time all the way around and had a hard time leaving this morning.
