“We booked at the last minute fir 2 nights as we were delayed sailing to Isle of Barra due to bad weather. Melfort was perfect for us to relax and begin our holiday, the family loved the pool and we had a lovely walk. The cottage was great. Most important the staff were just so helpful, they could not do enough. We are already recommending to friends.”

“Very nice flat for 2 adults. Nice location. Only problem we had was the bed- mattress was horrible. Noisy at times ( people using Jacob’s ladder) but nothing to get upset about. ”

“Location in the heart of Oban so good if you don’t have a car. Bedrooms and bathroom recently decorated and beds comfortable but both bedrooms could do with some more furniture (dressing table/chair/hooks?). Not as well equipped as expected and some of the kitchen equipment needs replacing (saucepans and utensils). “Great view, as explained, clean flat, convenient place, there was an issue with the fridge, but solved. Forth floor with no lift might be a problem, but luckily not for us.”
