Normally I would never consider a B&B as I like the independence of a top class hotel but Stephanie and Adrian quickly made me feel totally at home. A pure delight of a place with superb breakfast and dinner. Also little things like suddenly jasmine tea suddenly being available when I had simply asked if they had any on the previous day. A real sense of making your stay as perfect as possible. ”

“Ho prenotato online la mattina per avere una camera da tre (per me, mia moglie e mio figlio di 14 anni) per la sera stessa. Siamo arrivati in hotel alle 21.30 e, quando ci hanno fatto vedere la camera abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa: il letto di mio figlio non c'era. Avevano messo un materassino gonfiabile da campeggio a terra sulla moquette! Ho fatto chiamare subito il direttore che mi ha detto che purtroppo c'era stato un errore da parte di Hotels.com perché mi avevano assegnato una...

“We had a wonderful experience staying here, and wish it could have been longer! The staff were really nice, especially Sarah who was absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Mull. It’s also easy to get there by bus if you don’t have a car.”

“The room was good with a large bathroom and perfectly acceptable. But it wasn't great. No chairs to sit in, only window seats which were uncomfortable. We were in room 1, right by the front door so rather noisy until the restaurant closed and our window (with a great view) was by the front door, so it felt a bit like being in a goldfish bowl. Would I stay again? Maybe, it was OK, just not great.”

“L'hotel è molto vecchio, moquette macchiata e stanza polverosa....Durante la colazione le attese per avere un po' di latte caldo sono state lunghe e addirittura la cameriera ci ha portato del latte proveniente da un altro tavolo, senza nemmeno preoccuparsi del fatto che l'avessimo vista. Abbiamo fatto la segnalazione immediatamente ad un collega. Sinceramente per il prezzo della camera a notte mi aspettavo molto di meglio.Lo sconsiglio, anche se come alternative ad Oban non ce ne sono molte.”
