“Hotel mediocre, la prima camera assegnata aveva cattivo odore di fumo, tant'è che abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e ce ne hanno assegnata una pulita ma con evidenti difetti (es. mattonelle del bagno rotte che cadevano al tocco). Nella hall c'era un odore sgradevole di ristorazione. Di positivo lo shuttle gratuito per l'aeroporto ma consigliamo di prenotarlo tramite la reception, prima della partenza perché loro non mandano messaggi al riguardo.”

“Parking was available but you can only park on one side if the lot the other side is for the businesses that share the same building. This place is budget and good for solo travelers so it’s not grand by any means. The place is in need of an update. The lamps are hard to turn on. There is no privacy curtain so you can’t open it to get any light in the room so you have to be clothed to even open. The lights are dingy and yellow. “The breakfast menu was limited and less appealing than at my last stay a year ago or so. Also, having Fox news blaring on the lobby television when we walked in -- as well as at 4:30am prior to shuttle to airport -- was a complete turn off. I won't be back. ”

“The staff was semi-friendly. The room was in horrible condition. The bed was broken on one side. When you sat down to get in on that side it basically went to the floor. The shower in the bathroom was terrible. It barely had any pressure and the spigot in it was pulled out of the wall. It was supposed to be a handicap shower but it had no sprayer if you needed to spray off the soap on you. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. ”

“Esperienza nella media visto il prezzo e la zona, ma giudizio nel complesso insufficiente. Operatrice gentile, ma la camera era sporca, con odore di fumo, cenere sul comodino, macchie di origine sconosciuta su tutte le superfici. Il bagno in compenso era pulito. Materasso scomodo, porta che non si chiudeva completamente (entrava uno spiraglio di luce da fuori) e tanto rumore di auto dalla vicina autostrada da fuori”

L'hotel è comodo anche per raggiungere il downtown tramite il link aeroportuale, c'è anche una fetmata di bus a fianco. Ampio parcheggio anche coperto. Camere pulite, ampie con terrazino. Personale cortese, professionale, attento alle necessità del cliente. Ho gradito lo spuntino a base di anguria che ho trovato rientrando in serata. “This is a wonderful property to visit if you have a layover at SeaTac. Or live in the area and want to meet someone for lunch or a beverage after work. The staff are professional and the atmosphere is welcoming. We also visited the spa, and enjoyed a massage. The relaxing room was cozy and relaxing. Then we hung out in the hot tub, perfect afternoon.”
