“Catastrophe, la chambre pue l'humidité ou la moisissure, aucune insonorisation, on est dérangé par le moindre bruit des chambres voisines. Vieux, sale et moche.”

“J'ai pensé pouvoir payé par carte et j'ai été obligée de payer en liquide. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes ni de torchons. il y avait de la vaisselle mais pas de chose de base, comme sel, poivre, huile, et pas de caftière. Et rien a été signalé d'avance. Tous les tuyaux fuyaient, et le rideau de douche mais tombé sur la tête car pas fixé dans le mur. Le patron ne parle presque pas allemand et pas anglais ou français. Les lits étaient bons, et le chauffage marchait. ”

“On my way to Heilbronn I got an email saying my booking had been cancelled. When I got there the man told me they have issues with Expedia bookings and it was fully booked. However as I’d already paid I decided to wait around, and managed to get a room as someone didn’t turn up. Also someone in the next room was very loud all night but that was probably just a one-off. Overall the price was good and the service was alright once there, but I would highly recommend booking directly with them...
