“Great location, clean and tidy unit. Only minor issue was the bed could do with a mattress topper to improve comfort and the pillows definitely need replacing. Would stay again.”

“central location , easy to get around . only the Entry and exit from hotel property is bit off the mark to add into the parking . in-room dining was good . room spacious , needed to have more bells and whistle in room in terms of refreshments , drinks , milk for tea coffee .”

“This was my first visit to this hotel. The reception was clean and compact which disguised the spaciousness of the corridors and rooms in the accommodation areas.
My room was large, nice kitchen, modern bathroom, plenty of room to spread out my luggage and working equipment. I did not use the entertainment system but it looked very modern. The room air con was great and the location in downtown was very handy for walking to the many restaurants and shops nearby.”

“Clean property, easy check in/check out and easy to get to the town centre from. Really great having an indoor pool for winter - am sure the outdoor pool is nice in summer too, Although the rooms are dated they are very clean and in good condition with good facilities. Suited our family of 3 for a long weekend.”

“Location is great. Supermarket is a little over 1 block away. Entrances to two main roads makes access easy. Plenty of hotel uncovered parking. Petrol stations everywhere. Liquor store a few buildings away. About 1.5km from downtown New Plymouth. ”
