  • Questa bella, spaziosa, sequoia casolare si trova sul lago di Isola incredibile circa 2 miglia fuori dal lato della comunità costituite in società di arancione Springs. Situato su un perfetto, molto lago privato, la proprietà si compone di grande casa principale, una spaziosa pensione, posto auto coperto, bacino, chiatta, e patio. Grande punto di vista lago, vecchie querce con muschio spagnolo, e una brezza del lago descrivono questo ambiente pittoresco. Completamente ristrutturato nel 2011, questo meraviglioso rifugio ha una grande cucina con fornello a gas; pranzo, soggiorno, e camere per famiglie con vista sul lago; nuovi bagni; servizio lavanderia; arredamento ben arredate; e più. La casa principale dorme 7. Se si affitta la guest house opzionale (2 persone), la proprietà può ospitare un totale di 9. Il dock è eccezionale per la pesca e il lago è grande per il nuoto. 80 piedi di litorale vi aspetta. C'è una canoa, griglia a carbone, tavolo da pic-nic, e fuoco buca per rilassarsi all'aperto.

    Come pure, ho 2 altre case sul lago nelle vicinanze se questo sembra troppo grande.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, right on the lake, with amazing privacy. We really enjoyed swimming and taking the canoe around the island on the lake. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. We truly enjoyed our time there and would love to come back again!

Perfect property for pets! Completely fenced in. Couldn’t wait to get back to cabin after a day of activities to just sit by the lake and relax! A wonderful experience!! Highly recommend!

Birthday weekend

I celebrated my 70th with family and that live in Island Lake! It’s a great location for me and it’s a beautiful setting. The house is clean comfortable and inviting. The process of renting couldn’t have been easier. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

Relax and Decompose

The lake house is something of a fairytale. Hugh trees with Spanish moss, an adorable home, and a spectacular view right on the lake. It’s located in the country so you can relax and get a piece of mind.

Great End of Summer Vacation

My family and I are frequent visitors to the Redwood Cottage and always have a great time. The weather was great and the fishing right off the dock was amazing. Ed has always been a great host. We have booked with him for at least 15 years.

Perfect getaway

This is the second time I have rented from this owner. It is set perfectly on a lake and made us feel like we were on a true vacation from everything. The neighbors aren't close, but close enough that you don't feel too isolated. The home was clean and had everything provided that we needed. I hope to be back at some point!

The house is nice and the view/lake/backyard is wonderful. People should know that the house has a horrible smell for the hot water only. The smell of rotten eggs is so strong it smells up the entire house when the hot water is on. The host said that is how all the water in the area smells, but it was only the hot. We had to go somewhere else in the area to shower and there was not a smell with the hot water. It seemed to be a hot water heater issue and not the area's water. Also, the house is left unlocked when you check in. We arrived late and it made us uncomfortable to walk into an unlocked house in the dark.

The Red Cabin on Island Lake

We had a wonderful time at this charming, old-Florida cabin on Island Lake. Exactly as described, well-appointed and plenty of room for everyone to be very comfortable. Communication with the owner is prompt and helpful. This is a rural destination so pack extras like paper goods, toiletries, and bottled water (due to well water). This place is very peaceful and relaxing. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Highly recommend this property and owner!

I cannot say enough about this property. After we got there we went to the back porch and everything just drifted away. And Ed responded right away with any questions. We will most definitely be back

Fabulous FL Lake Stay

We were all very pleased upon arrival to see this beautiful property. The cabin is well appointed, clean, has a fantastic view with an open feel of surrounding windows. Gorgeous oaks with their Spanish moss abounding. The kids & dog enjoyed playing in the lake daily, canoeing around & just having outdoor fun. We brought bikes but didn't use them since the neighborhood doesn't have sidewalks & folks drive fast. Fishing off the dock was just what we wanted. The yard is fenced along 3 sides to the water, there is some gap by the gate(s) if your dog would consider running/swimming off you will have to watch them. There are motor boats in this lake with some noise but it is overall peaceful. My older 2 kids stayed on the bunk beds in the den with the TV (YouTube only available unless you have other subscriptions). This room is nice for family relaxing with comfortable furniture, only no door for those staying in it for privacy. One child in the guest room slept comfortably. Master bedroom is nice, some sag in the bed had us switching places after a couple days. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower & a tub in the master. Everything is labeled for easy use, there is most anything you need in the kitchen, nice washer/dryer. Plenty of towels. A Dollar G is a couple miles away for most food/sundries, but not a full grocery. Need charcoal for BBQ. Good wifi access. Few bugs, especially for FL by a lake. Need to transport trash to recycling center yourself. Beautiful & will return!
