“Clean room. Staff was nice. Our only drawback was our room was across from the elevator and ice machine. We could hear people talking and getting ice all hours and the dinging of the elevator arriving on the floor.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful; room was clean and there weren't any issues. our room had the jacuzzi tub (hot tub) and it was very relaxing. Breakfast was very good especially the cinnamon Texas shaped waffles. Defiantly will be staying here again when going back to Ft. Worth. ”

“The room was spotless and while there wasn't a huge selection for breakfast, it was fresh and so I was happy. ”

“Stay at any other hotel than this one. Sketchy area, sketchy people and the quality is terrible. We get to our room and the smoke alarm is beeping really loudly but they couldn’t even just give us batteries. They said they would send maintenance to put batteries in the next morning. We used the microwave TWO times and it shorted out which they said they would fix asap. We were out all day the next day but when we came back all the issues were still not fixed. We saw a couple bugs in the room and...

“Rooms were not clean, had visible water damage, bathroom had visible mold in bath tub and around the bathtub, floor was not even, even the nonsmoking rooms smelled of smoke, front lobby and elevators smelt horrible. They were right next to a bar, which whad some questionable characters hanging around outside. They were doing work on the outside of the hotel, right in front of our room, at 8pm at night.”
