Charm and convenience combine at this adorable cedar-shake home, tucked into a leafy lot in Ocean Beach. You’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, or hop on one of the provided bikes, hitch up the beach wagon, throw in the provided beach chairs, and head to the sand on two wheels.

At home, start your day with coffee on the sunny backyard deck or opt for the enclosed front porch, where you can wave at passing neighbors. When you get hungry, step inside the updated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, to prep some breakfast. Grab a bite at the kitchen table, or step back outside and dine alfresco. Throughout the home, you’ll find beachy decor and fixtures, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, and characterful touches like the clawfoot tub.

After a day at the beach, take advantage of the outdoor shower on the deck to rinse off the sand, then fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner. If you’d rather eat out, all the restaurants on Bay Walk are a quick walk away. At the end of the night, unwind while you stream the latest release, then choose from one of four well-appointed bedrooms when you get sleepy. Another perfect beach day awaits tomorrow - all that’s left to do is book.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
