This cute Ocean block 1st floor end unit condo has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Located on 43rd street just steps away from the beach. Relax on your furnished private porch sipping your morning coffee listening to the ocean waves then head over to Dumsers for a big breakfast in walking distance. The kitchen is stocked with all necessities dishes, silverware, cups, mugs ,pots & pans, toaster and coffee pot. Many favorite dinner spots are in walking distance Seacrets 49th, Taphouse 45th and Dough Roller 41st and many more.
We offer a picnic table to guests to enjoy your favorite dinner or enjoy famous Maryland crabs

Great little place

It was the perfect spot for a mom and four teenage girls. So very close to the beach and very clean. Convenient to tons of bars, shops, and restaurants too! So nice to have the outside patio too. Can't wait to come back.

Great location

My Mom and I stayed for the weekend and truly enjoyed our time. We loved how close it was to the beach. It was also so convenient for parking. We had two front row parking spots (since off season). I would stay again, and hope too again soon!

So close to the beach!

Being the second house off the beach was awesome, and the location was great - OC is a busy place, but it seemed like the beach here was less crowded than those nearer to the big high rise hotels. It was also the perfect size place for my wife and I. Jennifer (property host) was great to work with. If you're looking for a true just 'go to the beach and let all your troubles wash away', this is a great place to do it.

Perfect beach stay

We spent 4 wonderful days at this beach house! You can’t beat the location- a quick walk to the beach, walking distance from restaurants, shopping and activities. Or a quick drive to area locations, like the boardwalk. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. And Jennifer was so helpful and friendly! We definitely will stay again when visiting Ocean City :)

Wanted to take the family for a brief beach getaway. This location was situated perfectly, just steps away from the beach. And was surrounded by great eateries and other entertainment. The property was clean and equipped with necessities for a family.

Nicely Updated and Great Location

We planned a somewhat last-minute trip and it was the first as a family. The property manager, Jennifer, was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed. She is organized and attentive. The place is well-kept, clean and a nice home away from home. The location is great for families. It’s a quiet area and the beach is not very crowded.

Fantastic!

This property was perfect for my husband, myself and our 5 and 6 year old boys. It was clean when we arrived and dealing with Jennifer was extremely easy! We will definitely be renting from her again!

The beach is right there !

There is one house between you and the beach! Place is clean and brand new! Beware if you don’t manage stairs well. Only way in is a few steep stairs … good exercise otherwise! Pretty yummy seafood place on the corner. We enjoyed that dinner on the beautiful porch. Not a super quiet place being on the corner of a thoroughfare but it was fine. I recommend!

The location can’t be beat as well as the cleanliness and updated condo. Parking was also a great bonus being at a premium that close to the beach. Jennifer was a great host and very helpful
