La bella casa può essere il luogo preferito dalle tue famiglie in spiaggia anno dopo anno. Completamente rinnovato da zero e fornito di tutti i comfort di casa per rendere il vostro soggiorno la vacanza al mare più perfetta di sempre.

La casa dispone di 2 master suite, entrambe con doppia cabina doccia per lavare via la sabbia e le onde dopo una lunga giornata di divertimento al sole. Il terzo piano è perfetto per più famiglie per portare tutti i bambini e farli dormire una settimana con Xbox, TV via cavo e panorami mozzafiato.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare pasti completi o semplicemente fare spuntini e fare delle bevande fantastiche.

Abbiamo anche servizi di portineria disponibili per lo shopping prima della spesa, se lo desideri, possono persino organizzare cene con servizio catering. Qualunque cosa tu abbia bisogno, sono in grado di provvedere a te. Siamo in grado di fornire il nostro fornitore per te.

La casa è disponibile per il noleggio tutto l'anno. Durante i mesi estivi sono disponibili SOLO settimane intere.

Dal 2 giugno all'8 settembre SOLO settimane intere sono disponibili da sabato alle 15:00 a sabato alle 10:00. Il check-out durante le settimane estive è alle 10, quindi i nostri addetti alle pulizie possono pulire la casa per il prossimo ospite.

Situato appena fuori dal lato della baia di 116th St., questa casa sul lungomare si trova sull'ultimo canale appena prima della baia aperta. È solo un giro in barca di 2 minuti per il mare aperto della baia di Assawoman.

Questa casa è stata rinnovata da cima a fondo ed è una delle proprietà in affitto più belle e ben arredate disponibili a Ocean City, Md.

Dotato di 2000 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale, questo duplex a 3 livelli è spettacolare. Ospita facilmente oltre 12 persone per una fantastica vacanza in famiglia (multi-famiglia).

Siamo i proprietari privati e la mia famiglia ha originariamente costruito questa casa nel 1981. Mio marito ha fatto i recenti lavori di ristrutturazione, quindi questa casa è il nostro vero amore in spiaggia!

** POOL Pass è totalmente FACOLTATIVO e può essere rimosso prima che approviamo il noleggio a decollare $ 200 se NON si desidera il Pool Pass. La piscina NON si trova a casa ma sull'autostrada costiera. **

Perfect home away from home

Relaxing vacation

We all had a great time in this beautiful home. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery store. Very clean and decorated nicely. Has everything you need in kitchen and bathrooms. Everyone felt at home here. The back deck was a favorite in the afternoon and evenings. Vicki is a great host.

Would stay again

We usually stay oceanside but decided to take our boat this time and this place fit the bill perfectly. 21 foot deck boat docked easily in their slip. Super quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need. House is stocked with everything you could want. Vicki is gracious and responsive. We would stay here again!

Second Time and Love it

This is our second stay at this property and we all love it! Just as the first time, the house just has this "at home feeling" from the moment you walk in. Vickie keeps everything well stocked and cared for. The beds are super comfortable for a great nights sleep, the kids love the upper bedroom, they feel like it's their own "suite" and it allows them (and us parents) a little more privacy. The location is literally perfect, you are not right on the strip with all the commotion but still close enough to everything you need. I can say, if you stay here be sure to pay attention to the things requested upon your departure. They require you to do all laundry, make the beds etc.. which is NOT typical when going on vacation. We had to leave for a family emergency and left my 19 year old son there the last night, he failed to wash the towels and it cost us part of our deposit.The only other negative thing was there was no propane in the tank for the fire pit table. the table itself was a nice addition to the deck, we were excited to use it, but the tank was empty. All in All this is a great, clean home stocked with all you will need, in an amazing location. We hope to be back again!

Wonderful home

The vacation with family began the last week of May 2024. I must say, though the weather was not the best, we had a great time. We always stay in vacation homes while on vacation. I must say this condo was the best. First of all, Vicki kept in touch with me prior to during and after we left the residence. She made sure we were all set prior to arriving, called during to make sure everything was working well and if we needed anything. The condo is stalked with everything a home needed and then some. It was a blessing having a full bath for every bedroom. My family enjoyed crabbing and feeding the geese from the dock. The back deck was awesome and a relaxing place to enjoy conversation. The location of the home was perfect. We prefer to stay further away from the boardwalk because of the congestion it draws, however, there are many places to eat and shop nearby. I do plan to keep Vicki's number for future visits. You will not be disappointed.

Xmas vacation

Our Christmas vacation at Casa Gonzalez was wonderful. The house is close to all of our favorite restaurants and North Park for Winterfest. We love to go to Winterset every year. The owner is only a text away and responds fast. Thank you for our stay.

Family getaway

Casa Gonzalez was a perfect place for our family. There was so much space and seating for everyone. Each room had its own bathroom which is always a plus. The kids had fun fishing, crabbing and dipping their feet on the back dock. Vicki was great to work with! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Truly enjoyable weekend !!

This property was truly Amazing. From start to finish we had nothing but a exceptionalExperience! To begin with .. Vickie reached out and was so welcoming. Upon. Arrival check in was a breeze and The moment we walked into the property it felt like home. Clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! The location of the home is literally perfect a very short distance to the boardwalk and beach, right around the corner from a food lion and a ton of restaurants! I highly recommend I think it was called squares pizza.. we ordered this for a late night meal and everyone really enjoyed it! I have already reached out to attempt to Book this propert again ... we can't wait to go Back!

Beautiful home and it truly had everything you would ever need. Vicki was so easy to work with. Our plans had changed at the last minute, and she worked with us to change the check-in date. Thank you so much for that Vicki!!!! And I don't know if it's the added mattress topper, but the bed in the master bedroom is so darn comfortable!!!! Would definitely like to stay here again. Great location and amenities

The location of this property was fantastic. It was located right off Assawoman Bay and was located on a canal with water rights. A dock for a boat or for swimming made it that much more attractive. Great outside deck! Two large master suites with bathrooms and a massive loft area with a third bathroom was great for our group. LOVED that we could just add to supplies and other food items that were in the home. You could walk to the beach if you were ambitious but the free parking at all the entrances made it easy to drive with all your gear. The homeowner was very easy to work with. Will definitely rent again and hopefully for two consecutive weeks.

If you are looking for a property that is close to grocery and other stores, right on the bay (a canal), and homey, this is the place for you. Unlike most rentals, the property manager communicated the entire time and you can tell the home is well-loved by families (not sterile/empty), but has a lot of the items you need ready for you.

Unit was very spacious and could actually accommodate large group with all the beds and futons. Everything you needed was available. My recommendations would be to remove a lot of the stocked items in the kitchen and fridge. There was no room to put our groceries in the cabinets and fridge space was limited. I would also suggest a longer hose to reach the back of the house for cleaning the boat. Overall, a nice place to stay!
