Your family of 10 will enjoy this Runaway Bay end-unit Townhome located on 32nd Street. This spacious & well- maintained townhome features 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, a den & 3 balconies. The main living area features hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & combo coffee maker, open concept dining & living room area with queen sleeper sofa with balcony that faces the tennis court, a den with a tv & ceiling fan, and a full bath with enclosed glass shower stall. For your added convenience, the owners provide a washer & dryer, 3-tvs, WIFI, cable and internet. This property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season.
The 2nd level features the primary bedroom with queen bed, private bath with enclosed glass shower stall, tv, ceiling fan and private balcony that overlooks the tennis court and partial view of the bay. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The hall bath features a shower/tub combo.
Building amenities include: 2-parking spaces, community pool & a tennis court.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase if you wish. The linen package would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure and would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Needs a lot of updates

We stayed here during fall cruise week. Would not stay again unless the house had updates and things were fixed. We love the location but the house itself needs some love and updates. Issues with the house: Sticky floors downstairs when we arrived. Unable to get cleaning service back out to house. Half drank Gatorade bottle left on bedside table in guest room. Open safety pin on floor. No can opener in kitchen, dishwasher left full. Trash can outside was completely full and we had no room to put our trash. Gnats all over kitchen/dining room. Garbage disposal stank/still had food in it. Outdoor front light burnt out and missing light bulb- maintenance fixed it but still missing a bulb. Listing is incorrect- There is NOT a pullout couch in den. Pullout couch is in living room. Only a couch and air mattress in den. Den ceiling fan/light did not work, couldn’t get fixed during our stay. Most ceiling fans in house need replaced, very noisy when on. Couches should be replaced- they were discolored. Stains on upstairs floor. Bathroom doors did not shut correctly. Downstairs did not shut at all and upstairs bath door had to be slammed to shut. 2 parking spots are very tight if the lot is full. Plenty of street parking though. There is absolutely no toilet paper provided. If you are the first person to arrive make sure you bring it with you. Central Reservations was easy to communicate with but unfortunately not much was able to be fixed for us.

ocmd bike week

we stayed during bike week and our home was beautiful. it was a nice little drive back the bay in a secluded area but not to far from anything. we loved the location and the way the house was set up. it was very cozy and beautiful
