“We had an excellent stay at Water’s Edge. The B&B was well kept, the breakfast was great, and the location is unbeatable! Unfortunately the hot tub now closes at 9pm and we didn’t get a chance to use it but it looked like a great set up. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are steep stairs to access the B&B and more stairs to access the rooms.”

“We loved a one night stay at Riverside cottages. We were there for a graduation from college of Charleston. And our whole family had a beach house at Folly Beach so we decided to just rent one of the bedrooms in the cottages. It was very pleasant. Everything was clean a good night sleep. “La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”

“The property was pretty secured and clean. I like that cameras were all over in the common areas, and the property was well lit. All staff members were courteous…front desk clerks, food service staff, and housekeeping staff. This may have been the best Home2 we stayed at.”

“You really have to be desperate to stay here. In poor repair, dirty, poor tv reception. You’d never expect it as the lobby and breakfast area are updated. However, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure/shower was good.”

Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

Lo stabile necessita una una buona manutenzione e soprattutto i materassi dovrebbero essere cambiati.per due persone sono estremamente piccoli ( il tipo Queen normalmente consente un buon sonno a due persone). La colazione è limitata all'essenziale con poche scelte.”
