Hotel vicino a Ocean Star Offshore Drilling Rig and Museum - Galveston

“Love the vibes, the hotel was so clean, the pool was warm and had clean towels ready . The only con was the lighting in the room was very dim .”

“Not good. Pictures are NOT what it looks like. The rooms are so small you have to walk to other side 1 at a time. Not a deal breaker, but it was so very loud. The linens wers dirty, asked for a remote and was told to use our phone if there wasnt one. Then the next morning a man showed up that worked there in a yellow shirt and pushed the door open, thank god i had got my shirt on just in time. “Need a change up on breakfast meet, bacon or sausage would be nice. The handicap shower is not safe. The water spilled onto floor making it unsafe to stand up or walk. Shower curtain is too short to do any good with the water from shower.”

“This place was terrible! Extremely dirty and gross. When we got to our room, there were stains on the sheets, one of the beds wasn’t made, mold in the shower, dirty toilet and when we asked to get another room, the attendant refused, we then asked for refunds he claimed he could not giving me a refund confirmation or show me that he canceled my reservation. I never received any refund. He was lying and was extremely rude and unprofessional. There were other guests in the lobby. Also complaining...

“Nice clean room with all the amenities you need for a long stay. Full size fridge/kitchen was nice and office space in the room was a definite plus. Was able to book a room same day thru Expedia after failed check in at a vacation rental. Very happy to have found this Residence Inn!”
