“Room was clean but after I was given the ok to check in a little later than 3, we arrived and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room wasn't clean yet. Then on 2 separate occasions we tried to use the pool and it was out of order. Then I was given a price on Expedia and charged nearly double after the stay.”

“We did end up having to switch at midnight due to a problem with the a/c. Our initial room was clean and updated, and the a/c had worked when we first arrived. We had then went out and came back to the a/c not working. The emergency move room was not very clean at all. The floors had not been mopped in quite some time and you definitely could tell. The second room also looked like it was still being worked on. Unfortunately there were no other options at that time. I was relieved that it was...
