Una bella casa unifamiliare di lusso. Aria condizionata centrale con tutta la casa, più una aria condizionata portatile in camera al primo piano bonus per aggiungere comoda leva per quella grande stanza. Leva di legno dura per quella grande sala. La casa interamente coperta di legno duro, oltre ad una aria condizionata portatile in camera da letto al piano superiore per aggiungere una comoda leva per quella grande stanza. Pavimenti in legno duro, cime in granito. master suite al primo piano e ampio bagno con vasca da bagno e cabina doccia. Questa spaziosa 6 camere da letto (3 camere al secondo piano, 1 camera matrimoniale al primo piano, altre 2 camere da letto nel seminterrato) è un miglio di distanza dal campo da golf a 27 buche a Bear Trap Dunes. cental situato. Si trova a circa 3 miglia dalla spiaggia di Betania. Si trova a breve distanza a sud dall'isola di Fenwick, Ocean City. MD; Nord a Rehobeth, Lewes (porto di N. J.ferry), il parco dello Stato di Delaware e lo shopping a pagamento. Case simili vicino alla spiaggia affittano almeno due volte. Ha un portico grande schermo, grande ponte, latino e camino con griglia e doccia esterna calda. C'è una piscina all'aperto della comunità (estate dalla giornata commemorativa a due settimane dopo la giornata del lavoro), un campo da tennis. Tutte queste comodità sono gratuite per i nostri ospiti. La sala da pranzo posti 12 comodamente. Nella casa ci sono quattro televisori. Tutte le biancheria ei mobili sono quasi nuovi e sono di alta qualità. Vieni a rilassarvi e godervi! È un ottimo posto per la riunione di famiglia.

This was our second visit to this home. It is a great home for a large family to gather and spend precious time together. Plenty of room, including bathrooms. The host is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Very nice neighborhood for families and close to all shopping and Bethany beach. The whole family enjoyed the time together and this home made it possible.

The living space was very spacious and at times cold. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms were nice however, the temperature upstairs was warmer than main level. When contacted by the owner of property adjustments were made. Upon arrival the trash cans were overflowing, the lawn was unkept, and still being cleaned. One of the bed frames was broken and an exterminator was called due to mice. The property owner did check in to be sure everything was rectified during our stay including lawn company presence. A neighbor did block our car in with a ride on lawn mower at one point and wanted to speak with the owners of the property. Again, this was shared with the owners. The neighborhood is very quiet not many children. The pool was nice. The washer and dryer were in great condition especially with towels and blankets.

The house was spacious, clean and accommodating to groceries, activities and the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, and the community pool was clean. Our family will cherish fond memories of this vacation home.

Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed the outdoor areas as well as the inside. Plenty of beds and space for all ten of us. Not far from beach or shopping .

We had a great stay and the owners were very prompt in answering any questions and fixing the a/c to keep us nice and cool for our entire stay. The place was clean and as shown in pictures. Wish the linens, towels, and bedding was included in the price. This was a lot of extra packing for 11 people. However there were plenty of beds for everyone which was awesome! Thank you for a memorable family get together! The location was excellent and we made great use of the pool and pickle ball court.

We’re nursing school buds, and families, who have been vacationing together for decades. This year, we decided to go to the beach! Home was in nice, convenient location, and beautiful! We usually had the pool to ourselves, which was amazing because the heat was sweltering!

Rented this house for our family vacation this year. With four families we had plenty of room for everyone. There is a pool in the neighborhood that we went to at least once a day. We also spent a couple days at the beach at Fenwick Island State Park, just a short drive away. This house is tucked away in a neighborhood but a close drive to everything you’d want to do.

This was a great place for a family reunion--spacious and clean. The screened-in porch and the grill were especially useful, and we enjoyed the use of the pool. Being located within a short driving distance from several different beaches was a big plus for us. Lily was very helpful and responsive. The only real drawback was having to supply our own linens and towels, but since everyone drove, that worked out okay. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. This home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood and just minutes to grocery stores and a few miles to Bethany Beach. The home is well equipped and has plenty of space for a big family. We enjoyed the screened-in back porch, the spacious back yard, bike riding around the neighborhood, and the swimming pool which was only a short walk away. The Owners Rick & Lily were kind and very accomodating. and always available at a moment's notice.

Thank you Lily to allow us staying at your beautiful house. It is only about 10 minutes from the Ocean and you can always find parking spots there. The neighborhood is good, vary calm place. A lot of sleeping spaces will allow you to bring lot of people. The outdoor veranda is just a great findings, you can seat outside but at the same time you are surrounded with the anti mosquito net. Thank you again!

We had a ladies trip at the property. The home was very spacious for the 7 of us. Some parts of the house were updated but some were a little dated. The kitchen was very nice and had several dishes that we could use. We also enjoyed using the grill outside. The master bathroom shower was awesome! The owner was very nice and communicated well with us. Due to COVID we were not able to use the neighborhood pool. House was in good driving proximity to Bethany Beach and we also visited Rehoboth Beach as well which was a 20 minute drive away. We would have liked to have a little bit more seating in the living room but overall it was a very good stay in a nice home and nice safe neighborhood.

The refrigerator was not working properly on the day we got there, 4 days later tech came and fixed it. Previous renters left trash in the trash cans, other than that a great house spacious and nice neighborhood. I would rent it again.

The house was the perfect size for our family get together. Lily was very responsive to any of the questions we had during our stay. The only downside was that the pool was closed to guests due to COVID 19, but that is understandable given the state of things. The beach is only a few minutes away by car so it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits. We are hoping to make this an annual trip and will definitely consider this property for our next visit.

Home accomadated our extended family of 16 . Short drive to Bethany Beach. Large outdoor area to relax in evening . Nice size screened in porch large dining area and kitchen. Also the basement was an added feature with. Ping Pong table which was utilized as well. The garage had an extra refrigerator to store beer and soda and neighbor was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to informing us about the area.

This is our second summer renting this property and it was everything we could have hoped for. Lily is wonderful to work with and readily available for questions or issues. She and her husband go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We could not ask for more and plan to return next year.
