Questa proprietà unica è ideale per vacanze tutto l'anno! È una fantastica casa per le vacanze con 7 camere da letto e 4 bagni, immersa in una tranquilla comunità sulla spiaggia. Può ospitare fino a 24 persone! Goditi tre aree di intrattenimento ... un'enorme sala polivalente, soppalco e aree soggiorno dotate di TV a grande schermo, DVR, Rokus, TV via cavo Hulu, Netflix e film per soddisfare le diverse esigenze dei media di ogni famiglia. È perfetto per riunioni di famiglia e trascorrere del tempo di qualità con i propri cari. I bambini adoreranno i pigiami notturni nel proprio dormitorio con letti a castello, air hockey, TV e libri per bambini. Il parco giochi situato nel cortile è un vantaggio per il gioco attivo. C'è qualcosa per tutti qui. Scopri le pigre giornate estive sulla spiaggia, il fresco fogliame autunnale o gli accoglienti fuochi invernali nella nostra vacanza per tutte le stagioni. Vieni a rilassarti vicino ai caminetti, immergiti nella vasca idromassaggio o pettina le spiagge di sabbia bianca. Questa casa ha tutto! Tutto per le tue esigenze di intrattenimento! Grandi spazi di interazione, ma abbastanza grandi da sgattaiolare via per un po 'di tempo privato. Questa bella casa su misura è una proprietà unica nel suo genere; abbastanza grande per diverse famiglie. Rannicchiarsi con un libro sul divano nel soppalco o rilassarsi sulla veranda, sul ponte o nel cortile. Secondo il nostro HMO, siamo un affitto "Family Vacation". Ci aspettiamo che i nostri ospiti mantengano l'atmosfera tranquilla del nostro tranquillo quartiere balneare. Il passaggio in auto è incoraggiato ... lo spazio è limitato a otto veicoli e il parcheggio non è consentito nelle strade.

VENIRE; RICONNETTERSI CON GLI AMATI DURANTE LA TUA RITIRATA IN FAMIGLIA CON L'ACQUA!

PASSEGGIATA DELLA PROPRIETA ': Mentre entri nell'atrio, sulla sinistra c'è una camera da letto principale al primo piano, ideale per i familiari che hanno difficoltà con le scale. La cucina abitabile è completamente attrezzata ed è l'ideale per qualsiasi chef con un'isola centrale e un ampio spazio nel gabinetto. A destra dell'atrio si trova il soggiorno con punto focale che è un bel camino e una TV a schermo piatto da 46 ". Il soggiorno si apre nella sala da pranzo con un'elegante serie di porte francesi che conducono all'aggiunta dell'ala nord. L'altro set si apre sul ponte con una vasca idromassaggio. Goditi un bagno nella vasca idromassaggio che si affaccia su uno stagno tranquillo mentre assisti ai suoni della natura che lo circonda. Salendo al secondo piano si entra nel soppalco. Questa è la seconda area di intrattenimento all'interno della proprietà. Su questo piano c'è una camera matrimoniale, un bagno padronale, due camere da letto, un bagno completo e una suite dormitorio bonus che è meravigliosa per i bambini. I bambini possono giocare nell'ampio cortile attrezzato con parco giochi, pozzo del fuoco e doccia esterna che fa da riserva alla riserva naturale.

L'AGGIUNTA DELL'ALA SETTENTRIONALE: L'ala nord ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che consentono un'incredibile luce naturale in questa enorme stanza. Questa è la terza sala di intrattenimento all'interno della proprietà. Questa stanza è veramente una sala polivalente versatile. È anche abbastanza accogliente per incredibili serate di film per famiglie visualizzate sulla TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici o un amichevole gioco di ping pong. Questo spazio può essere facilmente convertito per soddisfare le tue esigenze. Al secondo piano dell'ala nord ci sono due camere da letto, un bagno completo e una zona salotto.

Wonderful Stay and Excellent hosts

We went on our memorial day weekend trip and found this home to stay. It is a huge and spacious home that accommodated 20 of us. Was super accessible to everything wanted - beached, food, grocery and restaurants. Our teens enjoyed the facilities- books, games, ping pong, pool table.Hosts were easily reachable and responded immediately. We loved our stay and highly recommend this home.

Annual Golf Trip

The house was acceptable for a group of 16, 40-yr old men to hang out in between golf and have a place to shower and sleep. It's a typical rental that needs some maintenance and attention, but overall decent. I don't like that the owner relies on fine print and doesn't have the language corrected on the description and title of the listing. They don't have a hot tub all year round, but I requested that it be there because it was advertised as such. The description also said parking for 8, but there was not. I found out a few days prior that it was only parking for 7 vehicles. Didn't like the lack of street parking; someone is always parked in. House was ridiculously cold when we got there at 55 degrees on a 45 degree day. An upgrade to smart thermostats to bump heat or AC up before guests arrive would be a wise investment. Good selection of activities for kids/people on a rainy day stuck inside. House is huge and has ample sleeping spaces.

30th Birthday Getaway

We had a group of 10-12 people for 2 nights to celebrate her 30th birthday. The property and house was perfect for spending quality time with friends. It is located perfectly in the middle of the Delaware beaches making it easy to get to many different beaches shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and is very cost effective for large groups!

Enjoyable experience

Overall an enjoyable experience. Game room was loved by kids. Outdoor seating was a hit. Hosts were responsive to requests. Would consider staying here again. Some improvement opportunities: -knife sharpener. Found almost all knives to be dull and difficult to use. -some beds are overly worn out. -Front steps felt like they may collapse.

Family Fun

Vacationed with our children and grandchildren at the beach house, this is our second visit of 19. House is very spacious, adults had their own room and the kids room with the bunk beds is awesome. We played outdoor games in big backyard, didn’t lack for anything except scissors which made have been there as well. Highly recommend especially with big families, hope to come again.

This is the perfect house for a family vacation! It has 7 bedrooms, large living spaces and plenty of outdoor space. The kitchen is well stocked. The house has a pool table, ping pong table and many board games. This was our first time visiting Bethany Beach and we loved it.

Family reunion

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spotless. Very comfortable. All enjoyed the hot tub. Kids liked the pool table and the ping pong table. The backyard was perfect for our piñata…we also relaxed on the swings and the littles liked the slide. The fire pit was perfect for our s’mores…. Older ones biked on the nearby trails. Retreat

This property easily fit our group of 14 adults and could have comfortably housed many more. We were able to prepare meals together in the spacious kitchen, eat together at the large table, talk in the living room and play in the game room. It was a nice walk to trails & a short drive to the beach. We highly recommend this house & it’s gracious hosts!

Amazing setup for a bigger group, great hosts

We stayed with an extended family group to celebrate one of our grandparent's milestone birthdays and we had a phenomenal time. The house set up was perfect as we had 5 individual families (with lots of kids) and we never felt like we were on top of each other. With multiple rooms to entertain in, it was great to have options. The house had everything we needed and the two fridges were clutch. It ended up raining during our whole stay so we didn't get to use the outdoor space, but it didn't affect our experience. The icing on the cake was the owner decorated the house with birthday balloons, signs, and a gift basket which was a really nice touch and a total surprise when we arrived. The owners were very responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Could not have bee a more perfect space!

I booked the space for a yoga retreat (site unseen) and could not have been happier with EVERYTHING about the space. The large family room / rec room was the perfect size for all of our yoga classes. The kitchen and dining room were our second favorite place to be and the table was large enough for everyone to be seated together for our group meals. The owners have put a great deal of attention, time, energy, and love into making every room unique in its decor and it was fun to discover all of the tiny details and hidden gems around the house. The house is about a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and this also worked perfectly for us. We enjoyed the sunrise on the beach before our scheduled classes began and we could easily spend time on the beach or shopping during the longer breaks in the middle of the day. Thank you to Beryle and Tov for having us in your beautiful home :) I definitely hope to stay there again!
