New for the 2023; tile backsplash in the kitchen, laminate countertops, knife set, 50 inch ROKU TV in the Living Room, area run the Dining Room, full size utility/beach wagon, additional additional beach chairs and metal detector! In 2022 a new chandelier was added to the Dining Room, ceiling fans were added to the Living Room, Master Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom, all have have variables speeds and dimmable lights. In addition to the Charcoal Grill a Weber 6 Burner Gas Grill was added.

This ranch style home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has a sitting area for relaxing, reading a book, etc. Master also features French doors to the deck and easy access to the over-sized gazebo. Master bathroom has a tiled stall shower and the hall bathroom has a full size tub/shower. All rooms have room darkening curtains. Kids toys can be found in the third bedroom as well as tons of board games for kids and adults of all ages! Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and much more. Both TV's in the home are ROKU and include Discovery +, Disney + and Netflix. There is a full size washer (HE) and dryer off the kitchen.

Step outside and enjoy the large deck (with access inside from Kitchen and Master Bedroom), screened in porch (with access inside from the Garage), boardwalk connecting the deck, shower and porch. Need to rinse off when you get back from the beach, do so in the huge outdoor shower just off the deck. Need some shade on a hot sunny day, take shelter in the over-sized gazebo which includes a patio table with 4 chairs and lounger. Enjoy the double size corner lot with tons of outdoor green space.

Rental includes all the beach gear needed for a trip(s) to the beach! Items include; beach chairs of all sizes, beach umbrellas, beach toys, beach wagon, beach mats, metal detector and more! Beach towels are not included.

This home is located in a neighborhood that has 2 cul-de-sacs. Neighborhood is flat and great for walking or riding your bike. Beach access is just 2 miles away and all roadways are flat and most have bike lanes. This home has a large paved double wide driveway which can accommodate 4 cars comfortably, 6 if parked closely. There is a 1 car garage which can not be used to park a car but can be used to store bikes, beach gear (beach gear is included with the rental), kayaks and more.

Sheets, towels, beach towels and toiletries are NOT included with the rental.
