    The Space:

    Enjoy this updated first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath Golf Villa-style condo - accessible with NO stairs - in Ocean View, Delaware's The Village at Bear Trap Dunes. Freshly painted and offering new comforters and decor, this coastal retreat offers exceptional single story living, including living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (with Keurig coffee maker), two bedroom and two baths, including the master suite. Exceptional spaces continue outside with the condo's open deck and screened porch. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.  3 flat-screen TVs (including a sound bar and streaming capability in the living room), DVD, Keurig, Wifi. Notes: The Bear Trap Dunes condo offers showers only - no tubs. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.) *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. very clean and decorations are great in detail very well organized there are board games, boogie boards, tennis, beach chairs and umbrella Appreciate thoughtfulness of the owner Very close to Bethany Beach and we went to Rehoboth Beach and Assateague Island, ocean city , jolly amusement park etc Had a blast!

Beautiful beach themed condo!

The 124G October Glory Ave. property was absolutely beautiful. Great location. Beach themed, comfortable furnishings. The Pavilion with indoor pool and gym was great for kids and adults. Highly recommend this condo and The Village at Bear Trap Dunes, we would definitely stay again!

Great week at Bear Trap

Property looked just like pictures. Very clean and comfortable for a family of 4 for the week. Great screened in porch and nice neighborhood. Four miles to the beach. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful beachy vibe neighborhood

Great neighborhood and beautifully furnished condo. Big enough for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were a little mushy but we all slept well. Enjoyed the enclosed patio.

We enjoyed our stay at 124G October Glory. It was beautifully decorated, VERY clean and overall a pleasant experience . At times noises from like footsteps , water running , etc can be heard from the condo above but even with that I’d say it’s a great space .

Cute Condo!

Perfect size for a family of two adults and two teenage girls. My husband appreciates the lazy boy chair while the girls and I could lounge on the couch after a fun filled day of exploring shops or relaxing at the beach! The screened in porch was the perfect place to take advantage of a rainy afternoon while enjoying fresh steamed crabs and other seafood!

Bethany family vacation

We were able to get together with my children who own a home in Bethany and see them for the first time since Covid. The home in Ocean View was close to Bethany so it was very convenient to getting together. My husband and I were very comfortable in this unit which had everything we needed.

It was the perfect place for a perfect weekend!

Decor was first rate and my wife is an interior designer and stager. She was impressed. The condo had everything we needed and the bed in the master bedroom felt like ours at home. Would highly recommend and will come back again.

Nice, Clean and worth it

Enjoyed the stay. House was very well kept and was clean and decorated nicely. It was truly home away from home! Only negative was that instruction for check out left a lot to be desired. It stated that we are to empty the garbage, but instruction neglected to state where the Dumpster was.

Perfect spot for weekend getaway for family of four

Condo was as advertised. Clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Bear Trap Dunes is a nice development with easy access by car to the nearby beaches. We also took advantage of the pool. We have a 2yo and 4yo. One positive not clear from the listing is that the master has a walk-in closet big enough for a travel crib if you’re traveling with a very small child!

Beautiful home, great neighborhood but VERY noisy upstairs neighbors

Not well insulated for noise. Upstairs neighbors were very loud. Also porch is right next to AC equipment so it is noisy at times when the units are running.

Decorated nicely

Lovely condo, but should have regular staples in the kitchen like aluminum foil, variety of spices, and the regular staples one would keep in the kitchen. We had to run out for everything. I have stayed and less expensive places the where just as nice with a fully stocked kitchen - like real paper towels and toilet paper not the cheap stuff that was there. Otherwise is was a nice condo

We are never using VACASA again. No sheets or towels when we were told repeatedly that they are p...

After cancelling our reservation which was made 3 months back, we were given a cottage which was not walking distance from the beach. We get there and there were no sheets or towels when we were told repeatedly that they are provided. We had to sleep on a bed skirt with blankets on it the first night. We were told twice that they had a DVD player at the cottage but it was missing. We requested them to refund 3 days so that we could leave early but it was refused. Overall, they are very incompetent. We are never using VACASA again.
