    This comfortable, sunny condo comes packed with amenities and all the comforts you need in a home away from home. Natural light is a consistent visitor at this home! The living area invites you to settle on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book while relaxing in the central air conditioning. The chef in the group will love whipping up meals and beach snacks alike in the well-equipped kitchen. At the end of the day, move to the screened deck to take in water views as the sun goes down. *New for 2025 - Home has all new luxury vinyl flooring, entire home has new paint, new living room and dining area furniture, blinds and all new updated decor The Village of Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just a short drive to Bethany Beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including the Village Pavilion with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, a multi-sport court and saunas, a playground, a clubhouse with restaurant, and a summer beach shuttle, which runs a week before Memorial Day to a week after Labor Day. Guest passes for amenity use are available for purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. SHARED AMENITIES -Sauna -Tennis court -Basketball court -Fitness center -Business center Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages four years and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase them at the Bear Trap Pavilion. High-speed internet for remote learning and working is not guaranteed. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great location and spacious unit

Proximity to supermarket, restaurants and beaches. The indoor pool and golf course were amazing. Sitting in the screened porch and listening to the water feature nearby was a great was to relax at the end of the day

Spacious Retreat

Beautiful home in a beautiful community! The place is spacious and welcoming. The first floor is actually up a flight of stairs. It wasn't an issue for us, it may be something to consider if you're traveling with older or very young people. A short drive to the beach, and plenty of restaurants to explore.

Great Place

The unit was in great shape, in a great location and overall our family is very pleased. The $55/person fee for pool, basketball, weight room, tennis and shuttle seemed high - but not completely unreasonable. I highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely perfect!

The home was beautiful and comfortable. They went above and beyond when it came to providing any item. Beach chairs, dvds, etc. I would definitely come back here! Super close to the beach! It’s also a quiet area so falling asleep is no problem! I had an amazing vacation and I’m still sad I had to leave! Thank you so much to the home owner!

Great Place for a Beach Stay!

Overall, we really liked the property! Nice and big, three beds, cool loft area, great screened in porch. Quiet location and about 10 minutes from the beach. The only two things I would mention are 1) I wish the carpets were a tad cleaner — or make them hard floors; and 2) the beds aren’t the most comfortable. But honestly, the value and all of the other things listed far outweighed a few negatives. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay

The property worked out well. It was clean and bright and the space was comfortable. It was quiet and felt very homey. We loved the community at Bear Trap Dunes. Quiet, picturesque tree-lined streets... nice pool and clubhouse and just a short drive to Bethany Beach and the bay. At first, the WiFi wasn't working but vacasa was responsive to my texts after my initial reboot didn't work. I rebooted a 2nd time and that worked and had no further problems.

Nice place

Nice townhouse. Good funiture/beds. Convenient to local amenities. Loft area electric/lights were not working. Seemed like a breaker was off. Short 2 day trip so light/electric issue was never resolved.

Home is nice & is located in a great neighborhood. Bear trap dunes amenities are great! Things about the specific house we stayed in that we didn’t love. The flight of stairs to get into the house was not fun when hauling luggage for a week stay. But not a deal breaker. The bed in the master bedroom is horrible. It needs replaced. Other than those things the house, neighborhood & amenities are great.

Home great! Vacasa follow up not so great.

The home was great. Upon arriving one of the blinds was partly torn down I called and reported it. During our stay all the TVs quit working . We called and reported it to Vacasa and they said they would send someone out to fix it and no one ever showed up or called. We went 2 days with no TV.

You have to love steps!

As we entered the condo we were faced With 17 steps. Very steep steps so you will get into shape! The bathroom had a plunger machine sitting next to the toilet. Kitchen was clean but the rugs threw out were not. We always love staying at bear trap, but we will not stay here again.

Absolutely loved it!! Great place!

Everything was very clean. We loved that it was pet friendly, however we tried to book 2 more weeks and found out it was no longer . Upon arrival one of the blinds was partially torn down and midweek the tvs quit working. We called Vacasa and they claimed they would send out a repair person but no one showed up or called us back.
