After fun-filled days, your newly furnished townhome offers ample space to unwind. Stretch out in the living room where an electric fireplace adds ambiance. Kick back with a vacation read or flip channels on the Roku-equipped smart TV, which you'll also find in each bedroom. The chef in your group can prepare recipes in the modern kitchen or on the gas grill. When it's time to eat, eight can sit down for meals between the kitchen bar and the adjacent dining table. If you'd prefer to dine alfresco, step outside to your deck that overlooks the tranquil pond. End your days with cocktails and conversation in the cozy screened porch.

THINGS TO KNOW
Two beach umbrellas, a beach cart, a cooler, and a ping-pong table are available for guest use in the garage.
One adult bike and one children's bike are provided.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.)

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
