Benvenuto a casa nostra! Goditi questa casa di città WATERFRONT, tre livelli, quattro camere da letto e 3 1/2 bagni nella splendida comunità di Bethany Marina, a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Bethany. Questa proprietà ha uno scivolo in barca sulla baia del fiume Indiano che può contenere fino a una barca di 34 'con un rapido accesso all'Oceano Atlantico, noto per l'ottima pesca in acqua salata!

Tre ponti si affacciano sull'acqua e quando sei pronto, prendi l'Ocean Kayak per un giro sulla baia. L'acqua è ovunque! Controlla le tue e-mail tramite accesso a Internet ad alta velocità e poi prepara la cena in cucina o guarda un film sulla grande TV a schermo piatto.

Il livello principale comprende una stanza di polvere e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Godrai di viste sull'acqua da diverse finestre. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare sei persone e la zona giorno adiacente ha un arredamento attraente (divano letto matrimoniale), TV con DVD e PlayStation 2. Questo livello conduce ad un ponte sul lungomare dove è possibile gustare il caffè del mattino, cenare all'aperto o rilassarsi sorseggiando un cocktail mentre si guarda lo splendido tramonto.

Il livello inferiore ha un proprio ingresso e un accesso interno al deposito del garage. C'è un bagno completo, camera da letto a castello e camera familiare con comodi mobili di senape e TV con lettore DVD. Puoi uscire sul ponte dove puoi prendere il sole o camminare sulla tua barca.

Il livello superiore ha tre camere da letto e due bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, un grande armadio e un bagno completo. C'è un balcone adiacente per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Le altre camere contengono un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Condividono un bagno completo ed entrambi hanno vista sull'acqua.

L'unità ha un sacco di spazio e c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni. C'è un garage adibito a deposito dove è possibile riporre biciclette, attrezzatura da spiaggia, tavole da surf, sci d'acqua, ecc. Le spiagge pubbliche, il lungomare di Bethany Beach, i negozi e i ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto. Il Big Fish Restaurant e il negozio di alimentari G&E distano meno di mezzo miglio a piedi.

Not what we paid for!

The house was not cleaned when we arrived. We contacted the host (owner) and left a message telling him the place wasn’t cleaned. Also the pots and pans were so dirty they were unusable. The owner did call an stated he contacted the cleaners, who showed up around 7 pm. He followed up to ask if the cleaners came and that we should buy whatever pots and pans we needed and he would reimburse us. We bought two and took them home with us and of course didn’t ask for reimbursement. He also stated he was going to refund us the cleaning fee. I waited for several weeks and still no refund check for the cleaning fee. So I texted him stating we hadn’t received the refund and I included my address just in case he didn’t know where to send the check. He contacted me and stated he would send the check right out. It is now November 2 and still no check. We rented the house for two weeks in September! If he had no intention of refunding us the cleaning fee he never should have offered to do so. We did not request it, but since he stated he was going to we excepted his offer. Not a good business move on his part! Having had this experience has raised serious concerns about dealing with this owner. I’d recommend you look elsewhere for your vacation rental.

Future guests

Place was not the cleanest, pots and pans were almost too scummy to use. Hardly any spoons or dinners knives. All of the TV remotes had dead batteries, the main TV in the living room had no directions on how to use it. Pool was supposed to be available, but was closed. Bunk bed on first floor was unusable as well as the first floor bathroom was not suitable in size for anyone to use it. The front door was made entirely of glass making anyone coming from the bathroom exposed, the other doors in the development were solid. There was some sort of greens left in refrigerator, so whomever, they have cleaning is not doing a very good job. I would not rent this place again.

Beautiful Place and Location!

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed staying here, it had everything we needed especially the amount of space. The owner is great and helpful. The views are gorgeous and we are sad to leave today, but grateful to have found such a wonderful vacation home. Thank you!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for our family of 5 plus a dog. There was plenty of room for 3 more people as well. Very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Kitchen is well equipped. Beautiful grounds, pool, and dock (wish we had a boat!). We would come again! Thanks John!

Great family vacation week

The property was convenient to everything while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. The property was perfect for our family vacation and had everything that we needed. The owner checked in with us the day before our vacation started to answer any questions we may have had and the details provided before check in made things so easy. We had a great stay!

Great Location

The house was nicely decorated and very spacious, great views from the balconies. The communal pool was a great amenity! John called a few days before our arrival which was nice! The kitchen could benefit from updated pots and pans! We enjoyed our stay and work book with John in the future.

Spring getaway

We made plans on short notice to spend a few days near the shore. This was exactly what we needed. We were able to bring our greyhound, who had never been to the beach. It was the perfect place for him, with the pet area adjacent to the house. He enjoyed sleeping on the deck and listening to the birds. Our kids enjoyed the chance to kick back and relax after a long semester at college. Very peaceful, comfortable layout and furnishings, plus all the amenities we needed. We appreciated that John called before our arrival, and was flexible in booking us on such short notice, as well as before most owners had a chance to prep their homes for the summer season. Would stay again!

Off-season get away

The property was great for what we needed. We were able to bring our 27ft pilot house with us and dock close to the house for easy use. We were also able to launch from the boat ramp there at high tide without issues. No driving to a marina every day! The beds were comfortable the house was clean and nicely decorated with a fully equipped kitchen The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had no problems during our stay but the owner was very responsive and easy to reach with any questions.

Great neighborhood

I hesitate to write a review cuz it could mean more competition for space next year. But in fairness: This is our second time renting in this neighborhood. Close to everything and very dog friendly. This house had a kayak for two which was awesome. It was a bit heavy for us to lift over railing but we walked it down to ramp and then paddled to our dock where we left it tied for visit and put back up at end. Had great time.

Nice quiet community. Nice to have a slip for our boat and we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets; however, be careful - the water depth can get low really quick. Property is pet friendly (we didn't bring any) and could use a deep clean + some updates. Carpets + couch pillows had visible stains and there was dog hair throughout the house. Proximity to beach was fine but parking is tough unless you go early. Owner was very responsive.

Definitely a well used beach house

Very used and needs some updates. Every carpet had multiple stains (likely pet) and carpet on stairs was dark grey. Kept shoes on the entire stay. Literally food still on the dishes when we got there.

Pet friendly townhouse with view of the harbor.

Property was a great place to get away with our adult children and small dogs. short drive to the beach. Upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and overall a nice place to kick back and relax. There was also a pool on site.

Great Winter escape

Beautiful views. Owner was great to work with and very responsive. John was also very flexible and let us stay beyond check-out time due to it being off-season. Cleanliness was spotty.

Winter Vacation

Our stay at Cedar Neck was just what we needed! The place was exactly as described with beautiful views, close to everything (Bethany, rehoboth, OCMD). Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. John was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

John responded to our questions promptly. We had an issue with the Satellite tv and he drove 4 hours to come handle it himself. That's service! The property was amazing. We had a great time during our stay. Definitely will be staying here again in the future. Thanks!

Perfect Bayside Getaway

Sept 2021 Trip Great stay with family and boat. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the balconies. Well appointed and very clean. No pet smells. Host is great and answered my many questions promptly. Great location too!! Right on the water. Easy access to the bay for us fisherman and only a quick drive to Bethany Beach and boardwalk for the ladies. Only comment is the hoist for the kayak doesn't work, just had to move it out of the way to get to the dock. Oh, did I mention there's even a kayak! Great for a romantic paddle with the wife while the kids are with PopPop! Will definitely be back!!

Perfect Getaway
