Good location, great views, misleading parking information
The location is absolutely stunning with great views right from the balcony. It is also conveniently located 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from outlets. With all that said, we had a few issues and we would NOT be recommending this place to others: 1) although the owner told us there is plenty of parking, only 2 cars are allowed on the property. this was highly misleading as we asked multiple times for details on parking. We found out that only 2 cars were allowed when one of the neighbors left a handwritten note on one of our windshields (even though the parking lot was empty). The customer service was horrible and kept telling us to go to a parking garage when there are no public parking nearby. It was only after our insisting that they find a resolution that they informed the property that we will have extra cars on the weekend. 2) The neighbors are clearly very tired of tourists. We felt watched by everyone (we are visibly POCs). Although we tried to keep it down, we had young kids with us who we obviously could not force to stay quiet especially while on vacation. The neighbors kept telling us to keep it down because the walls are thin and they could hear every noise. 3) the carpet, furniture, and linens should be thrown out and replaced. The carpet was filthy with stains everywhere. The furniture was old, stained, and uncomfortable. Worst of all, the linens had multiple stains and the towels were hard as rock.
