    The Space:

    Experience the best of beach and bay at this beautiful Bethany Lakes retreat. Boasting waterfront views of one of the community's lake features, this spacious escape comes primed for family-friendly fun and comfort. Make the most of the home's scenic setting with outdoor living on the private patio, or soak up the sun while enjoying some on-site recreation at the Bethany Lakes pool and tennis courts. Less than three miles from the beach and boardwalk attractions, the home also offers convenient access to inland activities, from great golf to retail shopping. Fresh Pond Trailhead parking is just a mile away. Bayfront facilities at Holts Landing State Park are five miles from home. As an added perk, two adult bikes are provided for neighborhood cruising. The two-story interior offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out, while a host of thoughtful fixtures and furnishings are equipped to ensure you have everything you need to get settled. Natural light fills the space and contemporary coastal decor helps to set the tone for your stay. A fireplace, smart TV, plush sectional, and armchairs set the stage for comfortable family gatherings. The sunroom provides a breakout space for morning coffee or happy hour entertainment. A cozy day room at the front of the house features its own TV, sofa, and side table. The kitchen includes ample counter-prep space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances for handling home cooking with ease. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Huge house, plenty of beds for everyone! Nice little pool and pickleball and tennis courts for amenities. House has a living room, sun room and patio. Upstairs has 2 bathrooms and first floor has 1.5 bathroom. Garage to store all the beach stuff. Also has bikes.

Great house in a wonderful neighborhood

The house was just great for our big family of 10 people. Had lots of room, great outdoor space for the kids and entertaining . Right on the lake. The house around use are beautifully done and clean. They need to change the bunk bed mattress and the bed is not up to code, the railing is to low on the top bed and someone can fall off. So let me tell you about the things that I was not happy with. When we got to the house at 4:10 the cleaning crew was still there, not a problem, but when we went inside the house was dirty. We had to vacuum, clean the countertops and the bathroom’s. ( I was not happy). Then i noticed the smell in the garage ( it smelled really bad from garbage) no one had picked up the trash. They did not tell use what day pickup was until I called. I checked in on Saturday and pickup was Monday. I would definitely rent this house again if these problems are taken care of.
