Welcome to your perfect getaway! Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is a bike ride away from the beach! Escape from everything in the quiet secluded community, but also close to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants! Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and evenings on the back deck (new patio coming this year), and bring along your furry friend to play in the fenced in back yard! A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare family meals on your nights in. Whether you're lounging on the beach, exploring the local shops, or enjoying a sunset walk, this home is your ideal beach escape! Cleaning fee will be reduced if you would like to bring your own linens!

Beach Perfect

Everything about this house is absolutely perfect. The house was spotless. The accommodations were exactly what we needed for us and the puppies. We loved all of the stocked appliances. The shed has everything you could think of if you needed an extra chair or beach toys. The house is also in a great location for the beach, trails, dog beach, restaurants, and shopping. Short drive to everywhere. We will definitely be back.

Great Beach Vacation

My family really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, very spacious and in a nice peaceful neighborhood. It had a great fenced in backyard for our puppy. Meaghan was a great host. She was very accommodating. The house had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this house rental and would definitely rent again.

Thanksgiving stay

I was ready to give this host a 5 star rating before we even arrived because she went out of her way to be sure we had everything needed for our Thanksgiving stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, comfy mattresses, well stocked kitchen, TV's in all bedrooms and a lovely half bath on the first floor. My dog loved the fenced in yard as well. Hoping to make this a yearly trip at the this property.

Beautiful home in peaceful neighborhood and great location. Nicely decorated for the beach vibes and thoughtfully equipped. Every detail was absolutely perfect and the hosts were extremely attentive and helpful. Loved our family stay and took advantage of all the great tips that were provided. An amazing stay and nice spacious place, worked very well with our wheelchair.

Felt Like Home

First time doing anything like this and the experience was better than expected! Inside was gorgeous and very clean. Very spacious for all 5 of us and we all had our privacy when needed. Plenty of room for our dog outside. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Location to beach, shops, grocery store was exactly what we were looking for. After the first full night … it truly felt like we were at home. Our hosts, Meaghan and Steve, were amazing the entire time communication was needed. Would 100% stay at again and honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

The perfect place for family ( including 2 puppies) vacation!

Meaghans home was as pictured. Beautiful decor in every room. Very comfortable beds & other furniture. Loved that there was a formal dining room for dinners! Breakfast in the kitchen & relaxing on the back porch while the puppies enjoyed the fenced in yard! Everything we needed for a nice time was there! Response time of questions was quick & helpful. We will be staying again next year!

Summer get away

This property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was immaculately cleaned. My husband and I stayed in the house and our children and grandchildren met us there for a BBQ. It was wonderful. The only issue we had was at times it would get a little too warm. Most of the time it was perfect. Would definitely recommend this vacation home to family and friends.

Perfect fit for our group!

We were in the area for a girls Lacrosse Tournament in Georgetown. Searching for an affordable spot to stay nearby we lucked out with this great find at the tail end of a busy 4th of July week. To make the most of our trip we went straight to nearby Bethany beach prior and afterward check in was very easy. The A/C felt great after a hot day at the beach. Great communication when needed with the owner. House was nicely equipped and clean. All appliances in great shape. You can tell they care about the home and the quality of your stay. We had a mix of 6-13 yo girls and parents. The beds and overall setup worked great for us. Highly recommend and we will see if we can fit in a future stay.
