    The Space:

    Expect nothing but endless entertainment and comfort at this family-friendly home near Bethany Beach! The family will love all the outdoor space available for you all to enjoy - there is a spacious fenced backyard with lush gardens, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella for four, a gas grill, and a well-furnished deck. Inside, this joyful home boasts a bright open floorplan combining the kitchen, living room, and dining room into one living space with vaulted ceilings and turquoise accents here and there. Comfortable sofas surround a cable TV, offering an incredibly comfortable entertainment space. Let your loved ones unwind and chat while you treat them to a delicious meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Boasting incredible appliances (French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and two coffee makers) and all the pots and utensils to whip up everything that comes to mind, cooking will be a breeze. Enjoy meals a the breakfast bar, a great addition to the dining table. This home has four bedrooms (two of them are located on one side of the home and the other two on the opposite side), two full baths, and a convenient laundry nook with a washer/dryer combo. The main bedroom has a TV and an en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower. There is a bunk bed that is just perfect for kids. The other two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. One of these bedrooms features a TV, meaning the home offers guests three TVs throughout the home. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Guests can use the Bethany Beach trolley. There is an outdoor shower along the side of the house. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Guests are welcome to enjoy the beach accessories and utilize the extra large refrigerator in the garage. There are two Bethany Beach trolley stops within a five-minute walking distance from the home. The pet owner is responsible for the dog's behavior and waste while vacationing on the property. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Comfortable home close to the beach

Our family enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and our dog loved the fenced in yard. We appreciated the beach chairs available to use. Great location for walking in the neighborhood and along the canal trail.

This house is very charming with lots of spaces to hang out. It is an ideal location and close to the beach and many activities. We would definitely return again!

This is a great house in a great location!

We were a family of eight people and there was plenty of room for us (ten can also easily fit if four share the bunk-bed room). The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially loved the gazebo porch and being able to take the trolley to the beach. Would highly recommend this place!

We loved the layout of the home and the quiet neighborhood. We were close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment spots! The family LOVED their Bethany Beach Vacation! We highly recommend this home! It will not disappoint!

Perfect family getaway

We stayed for a family weekend getaway, and this home did not disappoint! Between the 4 adults, and 6 kids we all had plenty of space to enjoy our relaxing beach weekend! We would definitely book here again!

A home that won't disappoint!

Our family, friends, and children loved our time at this beach house! The home more than accommodated our needs for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the many extras in the home such as the extra large refrigerator in the garage, fenced yard, double drive way, lighted gazebo, inside and outside games, beach gear, and bikes! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Family getaway

This was a very nice, clean house with lots of bedroom space. It’s close enough to ride your bike to the beach yet tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay

The home is spacious and very well supplied with everything you need from the kitchen supplies, to your grill needs, to beach chairs and body boards. The Vacasa staff responded quickly and efficiently to our questions concerning the TV and internet. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time with our family at this location. The neighborhood was pleasant and there were a lot of other dogs in it at the time of our stay. We saw deer and a turtle out and about when walking. This location is within walking distance to golf and icecream. There is even a secret tunnel (clearly marked path) under the bridge to get across the street safely. The home was clean. It was also nice to have beach chairs, coolers and an extra fridge in the garage. We did rent bikes as the bikes there were not a good fit for my teen boys but the bike shop is close and it’s 50 ish bucks per bike for the week. The outside seating was perfect as was the grill to make cooking a breeze. I would definitely stay here again :)

Awesome vacation home and beach!

We absolutely love vacationing at Bethany Beach. It’s known as the quiet resort. This house is an outstanding place to stay! It has all the comforts of home and then some! We cooked on the bbq and sat on the deck under the gazebo and had a few cocktails. It was well lit with outside lights and a fan! We will definitely rent this house again!

Great house, loved the location... walking distance to restaurants & trolley to beach, can walk to the beach from here. House laid out very nicely, one floor, two bathrooms & fenced in yard. coulkd cook out (or in) or walk 5-10 minutes to good restaurants- will look to rent again for next year!

Enjoyable vacay!

It was a very nice experience. The house was so nice and clean. Very welcoming. So nice to come back to after a day at the beach. The house was close to Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, and about 20 minutes from Rehoboth. Truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. Made our vacation enjoyable and hassle free.

Delightful Home...To Make Wonderful Memories!

We were a party of six. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The home was very roomy and spacious! We enjoyed the open-floor plan and cooking in the kitchen! There was an outside grill that we cooked on too! We enjoyed eating outside under the gazebo. The neighborhood is quiet and close to a miniature golf place. All of the major stores were on Route 26 so we did not need to deal with the beach traffic to get groceries. We will definitely come back!

Awesome Beach Home!

We enjoyed our beach time! The home suited our 2 family needs very well. The open living space was superb for gathering together and watching tv. The kitchen and breakfast nook made it so we could all eat together! The home is close to the beach that you could ride bikes, take the trolley, or drive. The kids had a wonderful time at the mini-golf course at the end of the street. No driving needed, we simply waked to the end of the road and played golf and then got ice-cream. It's nice that we could enjoy our vacation with our dog too! Having a fenced yard is a plus! We will come again!

Perfect Home!

Bethany Beach was a great way to celebrate the New Year with family. The weather was extremely warm...in the 50's. You could not have ask for better weather. The home was extremely clean with lots of household items (linens, dishes, pots & pans, games, etc.)The fenced yard was nice for the children to play and for the adults to play corn hole. There were 3 televisions and an extra refrigerator. Everyone had a fantastic time. We highly recommend this house...You will not be disappointed!
