Welcome to the Community of Bear Trap Dunes Golf Community and your perfect getaway in this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome. Whether you're here to unwind or grab a few rounds of golf, this updated home will meet your needs.

This thoughtfully designed home comfortably accommodates groups with:
• Main Bedroom (First Floor): Owner's Bedroom with a king bed.
• Second Bedroom (Second Floor): A queen sized bed
• Bunk Room (Second Floor): Twin/Full bunk beds

The open layout boasts modern amenities like smart TVs, a well equipped kitchen, and a unique loft office for those working from home.

Community Perks:
To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass. Guests will have access to the community pool, shuttle services to the beach, fitness center, and more!

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
