“My adult boys and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Nell's place. She was very communicative prior to the stay. The house was stocked with everything needed for the week. My boys particularly loved bbq'ing on the wood fired grill. We loved walking right out the back door to the sand and beach and fire pit.”

“I give this a 5 star because the hosts were amazing and very available for anything we needed. The location is great with a fun park across the street and a short walk to the beach. The couches were not that comfortable. The beds were very soft and comfortable. I do feel there should be attention to detail on some areas that were not that clean. The housekeeper needs to put in bit more elbow grease on areas of the kitchen and floors and outdoor furniture. But in all, it was a very pleasant...

“Amazing time with family. We were a family of 5 and celebrated a birthday week. It was very quiet, no neighbors around and felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Private and peaceful. Although there are sand dunes which block the view of the ocean (you have to walk up to see the shoreline) it was for the better as it also block the wind and allowed us to bbq and enjoy dinner on the deck. We forgot firewood and were able to Uber eats some firelogs from the nearby Vons. Overall it was a...
