It is located at Sandcastles Resort amidst lush tropical greenery and flora, with a direct view of the newly-renovated Lifeguard monitored swimming pool, sundeck and water slide. This studio provides spacious comfort with elegant décor and sleeps a maximum of two people. It is fully equipped with a vast array of amenities, giving it a true feeling of being home away from home.

The main room is tastefully divided into living and sleeping areas. There is a king-size bed, with a full-size chest of drawers, and two night stands in the sleeping area and a well-equipped kitchen, with stove, refrigerator and eat-in bar in the living area.

The studio is equipped with a full-size flat screen cable television, DVD player, and stereo system for your in-room entertainment. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is an air-conditioner and water heater in the unit.

The fresh water swimming pool and water slide allow for for fun and frolic by day or relaxing pool side in the evening with a tropical drink of paradise. The property provides 24-hour security and free parking for all guests.

Bear in mind that in Jamaica vehicles are operated on the left side of the road.

Lightweight tropical clothing is best year-round. Swimwear is allowed on the beach or at the poolside but not on the streets or in public areas. No pets are allowed. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will incur a US$250.00 fine and may be evicted from the property.

Please close windows and doors whenever you operate the air conditioner.

All our Vacation Rental properties are Non-Smoking. You are however permitted to smoke outdoors or on the patios. Cigarette butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a US$250.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the Vacation Rental Unit and/or linens, your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Check-in time is no earlier than 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). (Jamaica does not observe Eastern Daylight Time - EDT)

Check-out time is no later than 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). If you fail to vacate on time, without prior confirmation, you will be charged for one half (½) additional night’s stay.

Check-out procedures: Prior to check-out, all dishes should be washed and put away. Beds may be left unmade and sheets and pillow cases left on.

We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost, and with your approval, deduct the cost of shipping from your deposit or charge it to your credit card.

You must be 20 years of age to rent any of our properties and you must provide proof of age, if requested.
