“ Recently stayed at the **Henry Howard Hotel** in New Orleans and really enjoyed it. It’s in the Garden District, so you’re away from the noise of the French Quarter but still close to great restaurants and shops on Magazine Street. The streetcar stops nearby too, which makes getting around easy. The building itself is beautiful—an old townhouse with a lot of character—and the rooms are stylish without trying too hard. Think tall ceilings, comfy beds, hardwood floors, and cool vintage details....

“GREAT location. We felt very safe. There is a street car stop right on the corner. The hotel is within walking distance of French Quarter. Dining options are also within walking distance. Our room was nice and our beds were confortable.We loved the pool and enjoyed the breakfast and the evening kickbak daily -- There was always a nice selection of food.and beverages. The hotel staff was very friendly and most accomadating. We would most definately reccommend this hotel to friends and family. ”

“With both the breakfast and social hour in the evening its a great value. The evening gathering has hot dogs, tacos or nachos, soup & salad plus over 21 get drink vouchers. The breakfast service is excellent too!. We have stayed here befire and will return when we visit NOLA again. The location is also goid. We were going on family cruise. ”

“The property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. Our room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean. The bar staff...

“The front desk/cafe staff were the nicest and most helpful of any hotel I’ve been to! The woman working there in the morning gave a list of her favorite spots in the city and lots of local history and lore when I asked her for suggestions. The man who took my call to make reservation changes couldn’t have been easier to talk to and was so accommodating. The king room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the water in the room and in the cafe/lobby. Great garden patio to relax...

“The hotel is right next to the streetcar line which is very convenient. The rooms are nice and homey with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds! The breakfast items are limited, but it was nice sitting outside on the patio with our coffee and muffins watching the streetcars go by. I'd definitely stay there again when visiting NOLA!”
