“Our room was in the basement which we did not realize until we arrived. The room itself felt a bit dingy with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The air-conditioning was loud and rattling so much so that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Fortunately, the heat wasn’t too bad so we were able to deal with it. “This property was a little off the beaten path which made it nice and quite away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown / bourbon st. scene. It has a nice bar/coffee shop inside of it and you receive a free drink voucher upon check in which was nice. We only had one night here as it was a last minute need for a canceled flight.
