“The property is beautifully designed and very posh, but unfortunately the window shades don’t block out the exterior lighting at night, and the street noise is quite overwhelming.”

“The pool was closed due to a glass breakage. The staff were friendly and did their best to address the issue. It would be nice if coffee were offered in the morning, or some other modest compensation for the loss of use of the pool. The restoration of the midcentury building and the courtyard garden is of high quality. ”

“Fantastico. Camere pulitissime, zona servita da ogni cosa, ristoranti, farmacie, negozi, vicinissima alle dimore storiche del Garden District. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. Tutto eccellente. P.S. attraversate la strada e il tram n 12 vi porta dritti al French Quarter. Che altro aggiungere? Grazie!”

“So first I want to sum up my first experience walking in the Drury on Poydras. Felt like I was coming home. I have been a loyal Marriott, Hilton and Holiday inn customer and can't say that I ever felt this way after walking into one of their properties. SO here is the why for the above. Parking is flexible. The front desk folks said "If you have a reservation you can park early and leave late. Free near premium drinks and appetizers at 5PM. NOLA free stuff, really? “Our stay at the Terrell House was wonderful. Michelle and the staff made sure our arrival went smoothly and explained everything we needed to know. You're pretty close to great restaurants and shops (about a half mile - walk or Uber). They recommended Gris Gris and it was great - we ate their twice in 3 days. Finally, the breakfasts were superb. When we come back to New Orleans, we'll stay here again.”

“Overall a pleasant place to stay with adequate but aging rooms. Cleaning staff were not consistently friendly or thoughtful e.g. three of us in a room did not result in three towels or adequate coffee supplies, despite rooms only being cleaned upon 24 hour advance request. Free parking is appreciated and while there is no free breakfast the food service area is large and varied. No restaurant with staffed table service.
