“E' la terza volta che soggiorno in questo fantastico albergo, e mi sono sempre trovata molto bene. L'atmosfera è bucolica e rilassante, il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, le camere sono state rinnovate da poco, in particolare i bagni e resi più belli e funzionali e la posizione è comoda per arrivare ai bus che collegano a Leiden Central. “hotel datato, la stanza sottotetto dove sono stato sistemato - double superior era piccolina, con la moquette (!!!!!!), uno dei termosifoni non funzionava e non ha mai funzionato, nel bagno si sentiva un odore pessimo. avvertito il personale ha mandato la cameriera a pulire il bagno con prodotti chimici che hanno - addirittura - peggiorato la situazione. la prossima volta andrò da un'altra parte.........

“The room was good, clean, excellent shower, bed and a desk. Did not try the breakfast. Although the room was great and I will certainly return, some of the other areas of the hotel were a little tired and outdated. No bar on-site is a limitation too because sometimes you don’t want to leave the hotel but want to get out of the room. Location was excellent. Staff was friendly.”

“Overpriced stayed for what was offered. We were forced to stay in the airport because of a conference. The room was not clean, basics commodity offered. Once I asked to replace the towel on a 5night stay they even forgot to replace the shower carpet and one towel. I asked the reception and they never brought the little shower carpet to the room. Coffee and tea bags were refilled only once.City taxes are redicously higher (more than ten euro again). Customer service is inexistent. It is a pity as...
