“House was very clean and well equipped. The location was easy to find and great for our needs. We appreciated the large yard with great parking. We would stay there again if in the area.”

“Arrived at the house 10 minutes after agreed check in time, but had not received instructions on how to access the property. The cleaning stuff was still there though and let us in. Upon entering the house a strong smell of marijuana was present. The host was quick to respond and expressed he would look into it. Unfortunately for us we had to smell it a couple days making hanging out at the house miserable. The neighborhood was quiet and beds were sufficient. Not many toiletries provided and...

“Place was clean and in a quiet area. However the bed situation was horrible. The King size bed was well used to the point there was 2 indends where people sleep. Then the 2nd room that says it has a Queen size bed isn’t. They have a full size bed which is definitely interesting for 2 adults to sleep on comfortably. You would be better off sleeping on the floor with how hard this bed is. The golf cart if very old and reallly really slow.”

“Not a single complaint can be made, my stay was absolutely seamless. The check-in and communication prior to my arrival were top tier, the property had every amenity I needed and the beds were nearly as comfortable as my Simmons Beautyrest Black Hybrid. The beds are usually a place most properties fall short on IMO.They had plenty of games, puzzles, toys for toddlers and even a full size ping pong table in the garage. “This home was perfect! Beautiful property with spacious rooms throughout. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. The pool will be a wonderful amenity as soon as the weather warms up. “The host Richard was great in communicating with us. The place is spacious and worked for what we needed it for. Could use some updating, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Easy, convenient in and out access. We didn’t use the pool. It wasn’t very clean. All in all great for the price. ”
