Accogliente Lake Front Cottage sul lago Weir con enorme spiaggia bianca!

Vista fantastica da questa casa sul lungomare del lago Weir! Svegliarsi la mattina per ammirare l'alba su questo bellissimo lago tranquillo mentre ci si rilassa sulla veranda coperta protetta. La casa comprende anche il beach volley, il lancio del sacco di fagioli, il kayak per 2 persone, l'amaca per rilassarsi e distendersi, l'ascensore elettrico della barca, anche una griglia a gas sul patio posteriore per grigliare la sera e godersi il bellissimo tramonto dal lato nord del grande lago Weir. Questa casa dispone di un open space, 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Pavimenti in piastrelle in cucina e bagni, nuovissimo tappeto in soggiorno e camere da letto. Situato a pochi isolati di distanza dal ristorante / bar sulla spiaggia di Gator Joe. Puoi visitare via terra o in barca e goderti un drink e musica dal vivo ogni venerdì - domenica. Inoltre, non dimenticare di Eaton's Beach, situato proprio di fronte al lago da questa casa. Se desideri una cucina raffinata o un'atmosfera da bar sulla spiaggia con musica dal vivo, la spiaggia di Eaton offre il meglio di entrambi i mondi. Questa casa è anche vicino alle principali attrazioni ea pochi minuti da ottimi ristoranti. Carney Island Park, golf di classe mondiale, negozi, ospedali, cliniche mediche e VA e intrattenimento a soli 15 minuti di auto da The Villages o Ocala. Goditi il lago Weir, dalla tua spiaggia privata di sabbia. Lake Weir è la patria di alcuni grandi bass, bluegill e shellcracker con regolari tornei di pesca; si può sciare, jet ski o semplicemente una piacevole crociera intorno al lago. La casa ha anche una lavanderia interna, una grande dispensa walk-in e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Un sacco di parcheggio per veicoli e rimorchi per barche. Sono disponibili affitti settimanali e mensili.

The screened in back porch and outside with gorgeous views of Lake Weir made the house hard to match. Lots of room, great food nearby.... This is a great find. Joe was very responsive for any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Great Vacation for Family

This was the first time staying at this location and we loved it. The house was dirty when we arrived but after speaking to the owners, they handled the situation like professionals. We stayed for the week, and it was perfect! Great location, beautiful beach area and plenty of room for 3 small families. We will definetly be back!!

Amazing Sunrise and Sunsets!

Enjoyed our visit, spent most of our time hanging out with family and friends and enjoying the lake and the views. From -15 in Chicago to 75 degrees was a bonus. The owners were helpful and friendly!

Comforts of Home

This was our 3rd year staying here! A week long vacation with family. It has all the comforts of home. Our days were spent on our boat, tubing, jet skiing, swimming & just relaxing on the screened porch. Already made reservations for next year! The owners were available if needed.

We love Bright & Cozy. We stayed last year and this year the owner had already made some wonderful changes. Kitchen is like new. Two nice bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with plenty of room. Huge, spacious, screened porch facing lake with table and chairs, BIG screen tv, huge overhead fan and smaller oscillating fan. TV i.ln most bedrooms. Tons of games. Access to walk right into lake of beautiful, white sandy beach. Great for adults and children. Local restaurant "Gator Joe's " right on water within walking distance. We loved it and will schedule again next year

Thanksgiving on Lake Weir

Our week stay at the lake house was great. The house was roomy and well equipped with all we needed. The properties owners were friendly and easily accessible. They made sure to let us know if we needed anything to just reach out. They even brought us a serving platter for us to use on Thanksgiving for our turkey. The outdoor space is beautiful. We enjoyed the hammocks and witnessed some beautiful sunsets. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Lake Time

We have stayed on the same lake every summer for the past 20 years .A few years ago the owner sold the house we had always stayed at . My son found this house listing and we gave it a try . We were so impressed by the house , location, and the communication we had with the owners . This will be our new “go to “ for our lake vacations. We already booked for next year !

Great time!

We loved the house and lovedddd all the amenities that came with it. There’s 3 hammocks to relax in with one being in the water. We also loved the table in the water with the umbrella. Owners had another house on the property which they were staying in, but they were very friendly and didn’t bothered us about anything. House was clean and check in was easy. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, but other than that no complaints!

Our favorite vacation 3 years running

As always, our family loved spending time at your beautiful lake home. This is our 3rd summer in a row coming here. The house is spacious and has all the amenities for cooking and 2 very good restaurants on the lake that we love taking the boat to and enjoying a good meal or just having an appetizer and drink. We spent a lot of time on the back porch and the lake. We look forward to coming back next year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

So cute!

We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday here. It was a perfect getaway for family and friends. Joe lives next door and was more than kind. My husband can’t wait to come back. We brought our boat, a floating island for the kids to play on, and the house had a paddle boat, Kayak, and paddle boat to use. The boat launch was 2-3 miles down the road.

AMAZING!

This home was absolutely beautiful to stay in. Although we stayed outside most of the time on the beautiful beach and in the large screened porch, the house was great as well. Plenty of space for a family to enjoy. We did not even leave the property; with plenty to do right there on the beach; our family went on the kayak, stand up board and fished from the peddle boat, caught 30! We were very happy with our selection of this home! The sunset will not disappoint. Owners were pleasure to meet and immediately available. This is a must visit again longer next time home!

Family Lake Trip

The lake house accommodated our family well. Everyone had their own space and the back porch and yard is where we spent most of our time. The sandy beach area was shallow and good for young kids and pets to play. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen and grilling outside. I would recommend bringing propane if you plan to use the grill and we did have to clean it before use. There is a nearby Publix to purchase any groceries or necessities and two lake front restaurants, which were both very good.

Nice lakeside beach house.

This was a very good settling for a family gathering. The galley kitchen worked out very well for preparing food for a large group. The setting is quite private. The screened-in back porch facing the water is lovely. Kids played on the beach. The owner kindly brought over extra chairs we requested, and quickly supplied us with some kitchen items we needed. Would definitely consider returning.

Accommodating & Relaxing

This was our 2nd summer staying here and have already scheduled our 2024 vaca. We spent most of our time enjoying lake activities, playing cards/games on the screen porch while watching the sunsets. Our family of 11 fit comfortably throughout the house and plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking meals. Kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils you will need. Loved that there is a washer and dryer! Joe & Whitney are very responsive, if needed!
