The Main House – Living, Dining & Kitchen
Step into a bright, open living area with comfy seating and boho‑chic decor that feels relaxed and welcoming. The 55" smart TV makes movie nights easy, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair lets you stay productive when you need to.

The Main House Bedrooms

A rollaway bed and futon add flexibility so everyone has a place to land.

The Tiny Cabin
The private tiny house adds an extra layer of comfort and privacy for your group. Inside, you’ll find a cozy King bed, a smart TV, and a kitchenette with a convection oven, induction cooktop, and Keurig so you can enjoy simple meals or late‑night snacks. Ductless A/C and heat keep it comfortable year‑round, making it a great spot for an early riser, night owl, or teammate who needs quiet.

The Outdoor Space
Outside, the fun continues with a pool table, ping pong, basketball hoop, and cornhole, plus a portable pickleball court for friendly matches. Guest Access
The homes are equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the home, tiny home and the fenced back yard. The garage and the housekeeping closet is off limits. All local guests must contact us prior to booking.

Other Details to Note
– There is a $400.00 security deposit to cover any damages. The deposit will be automatically collected and will be returned back to you 48 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
– There is no parking on the driveway due to the septic lines installed directly south of it.
– 18ft trailer is allowed if you back it up to a parking space.
– The home and yard are not shared. They are solely for your group.
– There is a gas stovetop but there is not a full size oven. Just a countertop oven.
– The main home can sleep six people with the last two persons on the rollaway twin bed and the other on the futon. Two in the tiny home.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
