“Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay.”

“We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!”

“Great stay! The room was clean and quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed. The spot was the BEST and we honestly didn’t even know it until we got there. Right on main streets with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, vintage shops, and general fun city activity. Walking distance to some beautiful parks. The only downside was having to pay for parking a block away ($15CAD/day). However, with the affordable price of our stay, it probably evened out with a place that would’ve had “free”...

“Everything was great here. The only thing to take note of is that you don’t have control of your own air-conditioning, which is not noted in the description. But honestly, we were there in early June and we were completely comfortable. We also liked how this was so walkable to the park and other neighborhood amenities like restaurants and bars. The parking can be a little precarious, but we did not have any issues. I will say the bathroom was a bit small but completely workable for two people.”

“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

“The room was large, clean and luxurious. The location is great for walking downtown. The staff (front desk, maintenance, restaurant team) were friendly and helpful. The gym, pool and sauna helped to balance the many restaurant and cafe indulgences I enjoyed. I would highly recommend this hotel whether on business, solo or a family trips.”

“Surprisingly, the nightstands were extremely small; I could hardly place a my telephone and a book on it. Heated toilet seat was more like a barbecue than anything else, so do you job quickly or you’ll get branded on your butts!”
