Hotel vicino a Ogilvy - Montréal

“Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay.”

“We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!”

“Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Quiet safe, city bus a minute away. We where able to find parking every day right in front of the building.”

“I didn't like it at all, first we arrived no-one was there to help with the luggage just security guy who was very rude and asked me do I have reservation and look at the list we were tired and stuiped guy asking nonsense. The other thing was no water in the fridge or by the coffee maker and when I ask it they told me to u should buy it!!! I was in worst and best hotels and they always provide water. The staff was very rude and in the restroom they didn't put essential things like a toothbrush,...

“Sono stato 3 notti ed è tutto andato alla perfezione. La stanza era pronta in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check in. Il personale della reception e gli agenti della security sono stati veramente cordiali e gentili. La stanza era pulita, palestra disponibile h24, maxischermo per vedere le partite dei mondiali e posizione ottima vicino alle fermate dei bus e alla metro Mcgill. Colazione con molta varietà di cibo sia dolce che salato. Veramente consigliato. Merci”

“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

“Métro, supérette et restauration rapide à 10 minutes à pied. Bonne literie mais oreiller trop mou a notre goût. Nous avions une chambre au rez de chaussée, près de la laverie, on entend les machines tourner la nuit et le matin dès 8h. Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste et de qualité moyenne. Parking souterrain avec de grandes places disponibles. Personnel agréable.”

“Ok, it is a student residence so I did not expect the room service. BUT for >130$ per night the complimentary set (=all services for the stay) consisted of one soap, one roll and half of toilet paper and one paper glass. One single towel for a week. All systems were outdated (plugs, no air cond, etc.). No kitchen but a living room with sink, toaster and boiler. Or no ome told me that there were a kitchen. Furniture and interiors are sad. So consider it just in absence of other cheap options.”
