“This is our second time staying in this hotel. But this recent stay really disappointed us. The reason why we came back is because of the location of the hotel and it is near to a lot of good food. “La habitación está muy limpia considerando lo descuidado del edificio. La publicidad parece dar a entender que el baño es privado pero es compartido con otros huéspedes. Creo que el anfitrión se está esforzando por que las habitaciones estén en buen estado pero un servicio básico como un baño limpio y en buen estado es definitivamente imprescindible.”

“The room was clean and quiet. I also loved the location. The only issue I had was that the stovetop did not work. I tried to send a picture, as suggested but I didn’t hear back.”

“Great central place. It’s a 3-storey walk up so take heed if you have mobility issues. The cabinets are also unusually high up. We filtered our Expedia search for hotels that include parking and it was only after making our non-refundable booking that we learned this place has 1 spot that was not available for us, so we had to pay an extra $25 to park a 10-minute walk away. Before we even checked in, we received a message saying “Hope you had a nice stay” with a checkout reminder so we worried...

“We stayed here last year and noticed the difference between the two. Our room had no air conditioning as it's controlled by the front desk and when we asked for it to be turned on they told us they would but never did and recommended we open a window. This was not the case last year. We had two rooms and both sinks were clogged. Parking is difficult at times. Positives - our room was clean and the location is fantastic!”

“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

“The stay was truly a wonderful time! Hotel and room very clean well taken care of along with an easy parking garage underneath the property. The property is very close to the Namur metro station; making it very accessible with reaching downtown without the hassle of driving in on your own.”

“Surprisingly, the nightstands were extremely small; I could hardly place a my telephone and a book on it. Heated toilet seat was more like a barbecue than anything else, so do you job quickly or you’ll get branded on your butts!”
