“the whole flat smell weird..moldy kind of smell.. windows are broken.. dirty comforter… poor ventilation… would not recommend”

“Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay.”

“We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!”

“Great stay! The room was clean and quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed. The spot was the BEST and we honestly didn’t even know it until we got there. Right on main streets with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, vintage shops, and general fun city activity. Walking distance to some beautiful parks. The only downside was having to pay for parking a block away ($15CAD/day). However, with the affordable price of our stay, it probably evened out with a place that would’ve had “free”...

“Property was amazing! Clean, large and chic. Close to the plateau and lots of restaurants! Only downside is you can hear people walking around upstairs but fans and earplugs are provide and noise is usually only until 11pm”

“The location was great and was walking distance to anything that you would need in Plateau Mont-Royal. The space was nice and clean. The only downside was the sheets and pillowcases had some black (grease?) marks, and the towels were stained with what I think is makeup that wouldn't wash out. The communication with the host was poor. It was raining while I was there and so I had requested an umbrella, which they said they didn't have any. I thought it was a reasonable request as a guest. “Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

“It was close to the airport and fairly close downtown. It was a perfect spot for us who only had the opportunity to stay in Montreal for 1 night but having to leave early in the morning.”
