“Everything was great. Love the hotel & its amenities. Customer service is great. Special thanks to Graham who spent few hours trying to help us with our heating issue in our room. He went above & beyond to make sure we have a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely look for the same hotel when I am traveling within US, because this is my first time staying with them, but it won’t be the last for sure. We’ll be coming back on Saturday to stay one more night as we are heading home.”
