“Beautiful place. With a fantastic view on the ruepahu. Great room, comfortable bed. Breakfast disappointing.”

“Really nice hosts! This is a bit of a hidden gem, the name may suggest more of a summer vibe but this is a great spot for a winter weekend mission to the mountain. They don’t have many rooms which is kinda nice as is keeps things pretty quiet. Heaps of parking space close to the rooms and the spa was great after a day on the mountain. Simple, very clean and well priced with great host! Not much more you could ask for. ”

“Parking is right out front. Some short hikes nearby but you probably need a car to get to longer hikes. Cute little bars/ dining areas one about a 25 min walk and the other right around the corner. Think this hostel is more popular in winter for skiing but room was great and kitchen and shared spaces were cute and homey.”
