“Loved the Crowne Plaza at Queenstown. Check in was easy and the staff were lovely. I’d mentioned in the bookings that we were staying for my mums 70th birthday and waiting in the room was a birthday dessert treat for her. It was a lovely little surprise. “Room was comfortable. We had a cancellation of flight so didn’t arrive for our first night. I rang Scenic Suites and told them that I would definitely be arriving for the second night. Unfortunately when we arrived we had been put down as a no show and our room booked out. Note to self: always get the name of the person you talk too for reference. Another room was found for us but wasn’t the 2 queen beds we originally booked but 1 queen bed. Back down to reception to explain even though we had...

“The property has beautiful views and is not a terrible walk to town. Just a steeper hike uphill when you walk back to the hotel from town. The bed was the best I have slept on while in New Zealand! Very comfortable. ”
