We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. ”

“They advertise a business center, they do not have one. There is only 1 vending machine at the hotel, AND IT WAS OUT OF ORDER. My room did not lock, was shown to hotel employee, they were not concerned. Staff was very rude”

“The room smelled like dog, the carpet was wet in the room, the tv remote did not turn on off the tv,floor lamp bass was rusty, bathroom needed repaired toilet seat and tile was missing. On the good side the grandkids enjoyed the pool it’s big enough to enjoy and small enough you can keep watch of your kids. I don’t think the pool towels were washed they just put them in a dryer and at times no towels were available. Most important my grandkids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was typical, hotel...

“Our first room had a strange odor and the bed sheet had a boot-tread stain on it. We requested and were given a new room, which was cleaner and didn’t smell. The heater/AC is inches from the bed and is loud.”
