“Staff is not that friendly. Water is not hot. The Basic things missing soaps etc are not available or provided”

“Got cancelled from another hotel, they were wonderful to accommodate. The hair dryer in my room didn’t work, they got me a new one, quiet and friendly and had a hot tub!!!”

“The place was clean with attentive friendly staff. Our remote didn’t work, but was taken care of. The fire alarm did go off at 2 am. We were evaluated and outside for 20 to 30 minutes. This was super disruptive. We were already needing to get up so early and there was so many noisey guests. People were very disrespectful to their neighbors. Talking, running the halls, and slamming doors. The breakfast was great! Lots of options and very clean. Great option. Ready for us early, so...

“Location is nice, on the water, next to park and playground. Everything newer. Room was big, linens good, & had what we needed for pullout. Beds a bit hard but great pullout mattress. Motorized blinds nice but unnecessary. Lobby & seating areas inside and out nice for lots of peeps. Restaurant and bar nice and quality, but spendy. On-site lil store had good selection. Pool on smaller side but nice. This place could B spectacular. Negatives: Fridge size is a joke! Barely qualifies as a fridge....

“We stayed there from Sunday 4/12 to Thursday 4/16, our stay was great, the girl who checked us in was super nice, she was always doing something, moping the floors, cleaning the counters, filling that lemon water carafe, great employee, I don’t recall her name but she’s awesome. The breakfast lady the first couple of days was amazing as well, she was continuously checking on the food and had a very pleasant demeanor. Tanya at the front desk was nice too, she recommended a Thai food restaurant,...

“Waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. He was perfectly nice but seemed confused I was there. Breakfast left much to be desired. I think the room was clean? Hard to tell cause it was pretty dated and worn down. I don’t feel unsafe, but it wasn’t the best experience. ”
