“The hotel was well-maintained. Check-in was super quick and all the staff were pleasant. The food options were limited, but the food was good. Also, the rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable. My issue with this hotel is that they had no tequila at the bar my first night. I’m a margarita girl, so that was a bummer. Another issue was that they didn’t have wash cloths. We had to use hand towels to wash with. And even when we requested more hand towels, we were told that there were no...

“Rooms are on the 2nd floor or above, no elevator, you either pay someone to take your bags to the room or lug them up 2 or more flights - was not easy. The beach is close but the seaweed there turns it brown, so it seems a bit uninviting. Price was good”

“I was given a horrible room on ground floor looks like it was flooded in recent weeks..sheets dingy and even had stains..I complained they said I paid for basic. I was going to look for another hotel but then they moved me to a better room. Breakfast was also not worth the price poorly prepared. Would not go back!”

“L'hotel è bello e ben curato, i servizi all inclusive sono perfetti, nel senso che non somministrano coktail tirati via ma riescono a soddisfare con professionalità tutte le richieste con rispetto della cura del prodotto preparato. The hot water in our apartment and the adjacent apartment was not working well, however given the weather, it was actually just fine for us.
