“Full hotel alarms went off at 3:45 in the morning for approx 15 min. A voice came over the PA instructing that this was “not a test” - but no information given pertaining to if we should stay in our rooms, exit the hotel etc.
After 15min the announcement said “the emergency had been corrected”.
No additional information was provided.
The next day the staff could provide no detail and we were not compensated for a terrible night.
Add to that - the restaurants are bad.

“Beds are comfy. Rooms are always clean. We stay here at least twice a year when visiting family. Rates are really good.
There was no lightbulb in bedside lamp and ceiling and walls could use some sanding and new paint.
They also accommodate late check in, which is amazing and we can just go when we are ready for bed.”

“Il ns viaggio prevedeva una toccata e fuga da Detroit e per dormire abbiamo trovato questa soluzione sul lato canadese del fiume. Scelta davvero fortunata.
