“The admissions staff and housekeeping was very nice and helpful. We unfortunately had to change rooms, but the staff was extremely helpful during the process. I've always stayed at this hotel when I'm on a trip. One thing I will say is that the rooms could use an upgrade. Our housekeeping attendant Neka was amazing, but there's no way you can keep a hotel smelling fresh when there's a much-needed upgrade.”

“Booked this hotel because we were visiting my sister- in-law and brother- in-law for the weekend. Was a little skeptical at first, after we went to our room and there was about 2 inches of water on the carpeted floor (below the A/C unit). Went downstairs and informed the front desk, who apologized and gladly moved us to another room. The good things about the room was it was on the top floor near the elevator. The room was clean, but had a little musty smell, which dissipated after we turned...

“They have separate buildings and at least the one we stayed in was a room that was connected on both sides to other rooms where the neighbors were loud beyond the point of being able to sleep. All night.”
