“Our stay was disappointing overall. Our first room was 83°F, and after an hour it had only cooled to 78°F. We were moved to another room, but had to pack everything up and bring it to the front desk, only to find the new room was just three doors down. It would have been much easier if we had simply been given the new room number.
The ice machine was broken, the sink was extremely loose, the floors were dirty, and the “queen” beds were noticeably smaller than expected. The large bathroom only...
