“C'è tutto e di più allo sheraton hotel, certo si fanno pagare ma sinceramente offrono un servizio top. Colazione veramente notevole!!!”

“Right off the bat, it was difficult to find as Apple Maps took me to a bridge, and told me I’d arrived, which was scary because I was on the high road that goes above the water. On arrival i thought that the surrounding area gave IITG RA TA TA TA, it’s industrial and not walkable one bit. The concierge staff were lifeless, not welcoming or friendly which is the bare minimum in my opinion. The room is a bit run down, feels old and when you see the overly mouldy shower head it’ll make you question...

“very nice, clean hotel that is conveniently located to rail systems and other transit to see the highlights around Naha and Okinawa. Food and shopping within walking distance. Nice well stocked 24 hour convenience store.”

“I normally like giving 5 stars but I subtract one because the staff did their job, followed their rules but didn’t seem available for anything beyond that. Personally, I’d subtract a star just for the fact there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. To me, this is standard and the effort it would take to provide so very, very low. It’s a poor decision Other than these mild complaints though, the hotel is a relative good value, in an excellent location and with large enough and quiet rooms....
