“Hitel ottimo, sia per posizione che come struttura. Camere confortevoli, piccole ma ben strtturate. Personale gentile, strttura nuova con ottima piscina e colazione anche se prevalentemente giapponese, molto buona. ”

“Right off the bat, it was difficult to find as Apple Maps took me to a bridge, and told me I’d arrived, which was scary because I was on the high road that goes above the water. On arrival i thought that the surrounding area gave IITG RA TA TA TA, it’s industrial and not walkable one bit. The concierge staff were lifeless, not welcoming or friendly which is the bare minimum in my opinion. The room is a bit run down, feels old and when you see the overly mouldy shower head it’ll make you question...

“Beautiful hotel and the staff was very helpful and nice. The room was spacious and clean. No issues no complaints. Great central location in the city. Highly recommended 10/10 experience.”

“The room seemed like it had not been cleaned. The bed was made but some things still seemed dirty. The pajamas had a makeup stain on it. There was hair in the tub. It felt like they did not give the room a regular cleaning after the folks checked out. The staff were nice, plenty of washer/dryer (only took 100 yen coins), and they offered free drinks in the lobby.”

“I've been very satisfied with my stay in this Hotel for 19 nights,rooms are comfortable and large,air conditioning sistem is really good,and the Hotel is near a Family Mart supermarket that is open 24 Hours. There are also whashing and drying machines,and that is very useful if you're gonna stay for many days. The breakfast room is large and clean,with a good choice of food for breakfast. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their kindness. ”
