“Service was excellent. I honestly don’t understand who was unhappy enough to complain. Throughout our stay, we felt welcome and well taken care of. I also loved the system where the hotel gives you a ¥1,500 discount if you choose not to have your room cleaned. This perfectly offset the daily parking fee of ¥1,500.”

“Great location in kokusai street. And luxurious vibe for tourists. Breakfast was good enough especially japanese style- rice and some side dishes. In the New Year’s Day there was special food-Japanese style called Osechi it was great experience for me. All staffs were kind and eager to help me. Parking was easy. Everything was wonderful for me.”
